[Info] NIB Horses
By Retired breeder, 20th November 2020 19:22:47
Hey all! Im a returning player. My old account was deleted due to inactivity (which i am extremely sad about. I had already started the NIB groups on there and wanted to continue it) I dont like how they have changed the statistics on the horses starting with stars already. I wish it was how it used to be with starting at the 350 and 0 stars So with that being said, if anyone has any foundie Shetland ponies please let me know. Im working on starting a Vanner and a Argentinean Criollo NIB family. Being as everything seems to have changed alot I would also love any tips

I came to this thread looking for info, so I figured I'd leave this comment here in the hopes someone might reach out!
I have an NIB Foundie Arabian foal that I must've accidentally bought or acquired through an event last year (is this possible?). I have no intentions to start any NIB programs, so I'd like to sell him to someone that would actually use him in an NIB program. I'm also having a hard time finding any in Sales, so I'm not sure what to price him at lol. If anyone has recommendations or knows where/how I should sell him, please let me know! [I'm not sure if sale advertisements are allowed in this thread] |
You might reach out to GaiaGeek, she's the only one I know of right now that does RG Arabs.

I'm SO glad to find this Topic!!
Ever since I joined Howrse, I've been adamant to NOT in-bred my horses. Recently, I'll admit I have been absolutely infuriatingly disappointed with the skill levels in some breeds while their bloodline has the same horse going back 4 generations or more more than twice, which I find rather disgusting. I'm all for adding fresh blood to horses. I purchased some foundation stallions and mares in a few particular breeds to correct some skills to my standards and start from scratch with a bloodline book I began in my Notes. That way I KNOW I am producing quality foals.

Hi all! I have a handful of NIB Vanner colts if anyone would like them for their breeding projects! Send me a PM if you're interested, or point anyone you might know in my direction.

Hey!
If anyone has time for filling at all in the next couple days, please let me know I have a 350 mare I need 20 wins on.... lol.
|
Let me run down some AP horses and help out. What breed is your mare and which competitions? Send me a PM.

Hey all!
I've been lingering in the shadows, slowly working some of my Holsties here and there. I've been focusing on a few, but it seems the work is never ending! Does anyone know if the Discord chat is still active? I would love to get back in, I miss helping to fill!
|
I'll message you lbenedict!

I just happened on this topic as well as some of the other's on here! I love this idea and have decided to build my own NIB barn. I think I'm going to concentrate on Hanoverians, and Holsteiners. I'd be interested in working with others! Happy Holidays!
|
Well now I have to ask lol. Are you looking at doing OG (350-351.2) or RG?
|
Well, I'm hardly active these days, but I can hardly let the Finnhorses slide by when that's the language I study, lol. Pity they didn't call them Suomenhevonen like they did on the Finnish server.
|
Finally remembering to put up a GP of my own. Apologies to my two horses who had 'new top GPs' in between the last one I actually posted and this one.

Hey everyone back on would love to help out with fillers. Working my Arabs again but checking to see what's new. Been a while since I last logged in.
|
Is anyone working Finnish horses NIB I have a Finnish Baby I got from the Trek that I would love to get a home with someone working NIB horses
|
I've been collecting Finnish horses for an NIB project and could use more
|
Aye, I'm doing them. I've got one with 20 wins now, but like most things, I'm a bit slow going, but would very much welcome extras.
|
I'm also not interested in keeping my Finnish but would love to give it to someone working on a NIB program! Send me a PM if you're interested and I'll happily pass it on
|
Why is there such a jump in GP in different breedings of the OG? I bred a colt and I needed a filly and rather than using a Lightening bolt, I just bred another foal. But I noticed a significant jump. My first breeding (1st Generation) was 498.94 my second was 515.11! I didn't do a thing differently. Not a thing! I'm just really surprised at the jump.

I have a Percheron Foundation mare that would like a home with an NIB with Percheron project. She has 0 coverings. If there is not interest I will put her up for general sales. Send me a PM if you have a percheron NIB project and need another mare.

15 more Finnhorses to go before I have my numbers square again. Competition is fierce for these guys. Blupped two so far, which I'm happy about.
|
