I just acquired a quarter and paint cross mare. She's four years old and hasn't started a whole lot of training or comps. I was wondering what kind of comps I should put her in and what I should train her in to get her 20 wins. Thanks for the info.

I'm starting to breed Anglo Arabs. Do you have any tips for me? Here is my first Anglo Arab:Christopher
Thanks, Pokypal |
Pokypal - Angloarabs are fun to breed on here... >> Just always breed with 100 BLUP and try to use the highest GP available.

Hey Zanna_Girl, did you see my Hano cross? He has a dressage of 260+!
|
Doppleganger was both a pleasure and a pain to blup. I put WOY and Arms on him to see if he how well he would do.
He did very well so I gave him a Stone too! Number one for Friesian Gallop! My mouse hand is almost usable again....
|
Okay, so I wondered what would happen if I crossed an Eagle Hybrid Angel mare with a Flying Changes stallion. The results were pretty good, I didn't use tears
|
cheer4always - very nice! Is that another star I spy in Dressage?

cheer4always- Very well done on the foal
Looking for a fresian/IH breeding partner ( I'm not a newbie explanation on my page ) |
Thanks! Possibly, if the little guy can get blupped by his lazy owner!
|
I decided I wanted an improved galloper, so I put together
[url=http://www.howrse.com/elevage/fiche/?id=9809119]this filly and [url=http://www.howrse.com/elevage/fiche/?id=9767730]this foal The filly has a touch of Paint for speed, but the foal is straight Quarter/Hunter mix. With dressage, speed, and gallop all fairly significant, they should both do well in gallop comps. Whatcha think? Worthwhile or no?

Can you look at my crossbreds under Greek Gods and Get In Line and give an honest opinion? I need some good feed back. How much do you think they would sale for?

With crosses it is always a hit and miss....hard to tell most of the time what the market value of specific crosses are
