Thank you -Leafheart-

I just looked at them and did anyone else happen to notice that where the mane extends between the ears on some, it is actually behind the horses left ear? Howrse, you should really fix that before you release those lol. It's on quite a bit of them. And the Shetland foal has that Bull Terrier head, almost football shaped lol. But I must say most of them (especially the Fjord) are very cute.

Did you notice that the arab's front leg looks like it was just snapped on. Not really blended that well.

Most of the foals have that weird scar under it's eye, this is the Lustiano foal, but trust me most of them look like this and have a scar

Hehe, They aren't scars, they are simply cheek bones and veins! Look and touch a real horse and if there aren't too fat ( which foals aren't) that they have it too!
Though... I have to say the old foals were better!

I hate the new version of the friesians!
How does this...

...look anything like this?

Admittedly, the old one wasn't too great, but if they're updating the coats, they could at least IMPROVE, don't you think?

Then we have the gypsy cobs...

...and does this look anything like the above?

Short answer: no.
It looks dreadful - why all the lines about the face?
In fact, it seems all of them have lines around the face... default smiley (o)

Arabians get all the luck, they've been pretty since V1, the new arabians coats are really similar to the old though, just improved shading (sort of), why can't they do that with the other coats that already have decent anatomy...(the suppose fresian coat is not improved at all, its not even black, it looks so dull and unhealthy, I really hope its just a test one and not real)

I've been hoping for a coat change since the current one first came out (thats a LONG time) because I hated the QH and warmblood coat, so I find this very exciting overall.

The current foal coats have such bright eyes, I think this is important to give life to a still image, I don't like these dead-eyed foals even if it is more realistic.

I totally agree Treacle i mean just look at the silhouette, though i don't think the current one is completely awful. The Friesians aren't even black.. they look grey, and the mane lookes like a wig and the neck looks wrong.

silhouette of the new weird looking Friesian coat... Please Howrse make some alterations before releasing it! please.

You're right Treacle!!! I honestly really like our Friesians!
To me, the silhouette does look like Friesian (give or take), but the new coat is grey, I can´t help it, totally grey.

I know, I wish they wouldn't change all the coats, only the ones that needed it and with almost all of them, they have really ugly faces.
Is it just me or does the Curly foal have a weird shaped face? And the Shetland...just looks wrong.

Actually now that I think about it all of the faces seem too defined to me. Sure, maybe a horse has a muscle or a vein or something there, but they also have skin and fat cells. If I saw a horse with one of those faces walking towards me I think I'd be a little freaked out.
I do however like a lot of the new coats and I'm very happy that they've altered the Paint coat a bit although I still prefer the current one. I'm going to miss all the nice manes though...

Me too, Salanzarain, the faces are way to defined, I mean, yes, define them, but not that much.... Well, I have to go, 'night all

yeah the curly foals face is too thin. Also I agree with shiannes0820, the forelock on some of the foals are behind the left ear instead of between both ears. Howrse should fix that before the release.

The lines around the face are cheek bones and muscles. Look at a real horse. If they didnt have those , they wouldnt be able to eat and thus starve. I like the new updates, it was about time Howrse got morse realistic.
