From a breed I couldn't look at without a GA, they'll became my "almost favourites" x) - someone has to replace shetlands, which new version I don't really like.

Exactly my thoughts! It's good that there's a place on the forums where players can openly express opinions about ideas for changes on the game... with so many players expressing negative feeling about the possible line art changes, maybe Howrse will get the message and [hint hint] not change the line art [/hint hint].

I like the line art for some. Just not others, like the Vanners and Frys.

The new Curlies are pretty close to real life Curlies... I actually like the new ones a little better, which is much more that I can say for most of the new coats. :3

I like most of the new coats better as well. The new Gypsy coats I don't mind, just think they look like a Draft horse, and I dislike the Friesian coats.

@Ginny_3, I agree that the new vanners do just look like drafts, but that's the thing. Real GVs are not like other drafts. They have lots more hair. Longer and thicker manes, tails, and feathers. The new line art just doesn't say GV like the current line art. default smiley :(

They're not necessarily going to make the change. Right now it's just an idea, I think. It might happen, but frankly, I doubt it.




Also: Could someone post a pic of the current Fjord next to the other Fjord? I'd love to compare them next to each other.

The new gypsies look like gosh darn wild savage horses!!! I may just need to go and buy about 157 passes so that I can cover up all the my skillers with RC coats!

I Know none of you probably care about the Knabstrupper coat lol but it doesn't look anything like a real Knabstrupper and I should know... I breed them in real life. Im pretty disappointed that there was a lack of research there default smiley (n)

I think that a lot of the disregard towards the new ccats could be solved by adding more manes to the horses. Especially for most pony breeds, and the PSH and mustangs. Wish we could see those with more/any manes.

I just wish people in design would actually go out and look at a real horse before they do their little design. seriously. your making a coat for one breed, that looks like the farthest breed form it? shake your heads! you might find something in there! what you'd find is called an image of a real horse.

I really like a lot of the news ones. Many are a huge improvement over the old. Some are a bit ugly Gypsy Vanner. But overall I like the new coats and cannot wait to see them on the game.

I'm really loving the new warmblood coat. I'll enjoy breeding them even more after the change! But QH... They're bad. I liked the coat they showed with the previous Horse Parade. :/
