The Halloween Event, not the Pinata Event!

Not sure how to react to this coat. Honestly, it looks very similar to Maleficent. Why you ask?
1. The horns are a very iconic trait for the Disney witch. (especially the curvature)
2. In the new movie, you will see Maleficent surrounded by green "magic".
3. The scepter that the horse has in this image resembles the eye of a dragon, which is very well associated with the Maleficent dragon.

Besides for the snake, I think Howrse is kind of pushing the limits on copyright here.
If this was a player's submitted coat, I have a feeling that it would be rejected for just that reason, either copyright or as a sort of fan art.

Don't get me wrong, I love this coat, but I think that there are a lot of different directions that Howrse could have taken to portray an "evil witch".

That's just my two cents though. default smiley (8)

The Magic Hat is a new BMI that will be released in conjunction with the Halloween Candy promo (I do believe). It is similar to a bewitched pumpkin or seal of the apocalypse in that it gives your horse a special coat with an associated bonus/perk"

The Magic Hat
Turn your horse into a magical creature using the Magic Hat!
The Magic Hat will disappear 90 days after it first appeared in your inventory if you don't use it. It cannot be traded.
This item will give the horse the following bonuses:
Stamina: +5
Speed: +5
Dressage: +5
Gallop: +5
Trot: +5
Jumping: +5
Your horse can become...

Enchanter :
All of your horse's food becomes free.
Evil Witch :
Your horse will inflict 3 penalty points on every competitor in competitions (except for any Grand Prix).
Fairy :
Your horse receives an extra +5 bonus in each skill.
Shaman :
Your horse changes appearance each time they age. They may appear in any Magic Hat coat, as well as any Bewitched Pumpkin or Seal of the Apocalypse coat (except Ghost or Pestilentia). Your horse then gains the perks linked to the coat they appear with on that day.

Only horses that are more than 1 year and 6 months old can use the Magic Hat.
The Magic Hat cannot be used in conjunction with another special coat. If you give your horse a Golden Apple and then a Magic Hat, your horse will lose their Golden Apple.

Guys I doubt it is the witch from Maleficent.Yes it haves curvy horns, but so does Lokis helmet in Avengers. I read once that horns on helmets represent "Desire"; desire to rule the world, desire to be king, desire to be the bad one well, the characters biggest desire.

So my guess is the horse with the horns have some kind of desire that makes him go forward to get what he/she wants no matter what the price is.
If this horses biggest desire is to -lets say make all grass black - the horns represent the horses desire to change the color on the grass.

I know how to beat the tricks

You must have a mouse. You click the scroll wheel(inbetween the left and right buttons). You then have the cursor pointing to scroll. You can still click stuff with this cursor as long as you balance it to the left or right, and the tricks won't work! Not only that, if you click anywhere on the screen, the cursor becomes normal and everything is okay!

Also, in regards to the Star of Immortal Power;

Here are some screen shot regarding it and its use, as well as information:

This is a screen shot of the PM you receive once you have all Five Legendary Horses.

This is how it looks once it is filled in entirely - note that the Activate button is now Green.

This is how it looks after you activate it. Note that it tells you the Date you activated it on.

How it appears in the Bonus tab of a horse's page

~*~
The bonus will be applied to ALL the horses on your account at the time you choose to activate it - regardless of their breed, species, if you produced them, etc.

The bonus last for the life of the horse

Activating the bonus is a ONE TIME deal - so once you hit activate, that's it. Any horses you acquire after activating the star will not have the bonus from it.

Far as I can tell - there is no time limit on how long you have to activate the bonus. You can activate it the day you get it...you can wait a few weeks, etc.

Here you go *split into two different posts due to length*

**Please note, this guide does NOT take into account the Use of Passes/Diamonds/Horns of Plenty at any time outside of objectives that require it. In addition, though there are 20 Pinatas - this guide does NOT take one all the way to the 20th (as it is based on not using any additional Passes and the like outside of objectives) and is based solely on the Normal length of the promotion, a players ability to get all clicks (normal and friend), as well as do all objectives the same day they are given.

Also, keep in mind that this is based off MY experience - your results may vary.
Also, while this guide does NOT take into account Pass use - you are free to use Passes at any time to purchase extra hits in the form of Mace Blows. If able - this is actually advisable - especially if you only need a couple more points to break a Pinata as it will allow you to save on normal clicks/friend clicks!

Additionally - some of the objectives give Mace Blows (extra clicks) - you do not need to use these right away if you don't want to...However, this guide covers those that use them right away instead of hoarding them.
~
All that said - This is a day-by-day breakdown of the best way to use clicks/objectives - and how many points one receives for them.

And the 'guide' continued;

Click to display
So, you want to use Passes, eh? Well - I've a bit of advice for you;

1. Remember that Mace Blows are worth however many points your Normal Clicks are worth (so if your normal click is worth 1 point - your Mace Blow is worth 1 point).

2. Only purchase Mace Blows if you are only short a couple of points on a Pinata - this will actually help save you some passes/HOPs in the long run:

Ex. your clicks are worth 3 points, your pinata is at 96/100
1 Pass will get you 3 Mace Blows - So you can get your 6 points to break your Pinata, and you get to start off with 3 additional points on the next one thanks to that extra Mace Blow.

3. From Preprod - these are the average amounts of points one can find in a HOP for certain Pinatas (based on the use of 5 HOPs per Pinata - you may need to use More/Less on a Pinata)

Pinata 4: 15, 12, 16, 16 (14 points)
Pinata 5:15, 18, 13, 12, 16, (14 points)
Pinata 6: 33, 31, 31, 29, 26 (30 points)
Pianta 7: 35, 27, 28, 26, 34 (30 points)
Pinata 8: 28, 25, 29, 35,(28 points)
Pinata 9: 50, 59, 61, 50, 52, (54 points)
Pinata 10: 69, 59,52,70, 61, (62 points)
Pianta 11: 59, 57, 59, 50, 50, (55 points)
Pinata 12: 102, 108, 110, 113, 139 (110 points)
Pinata 13: 129, 137, 115, 125, 119 (125 points)
Pinata 14: 102, 140, 125, 138, 112 (123 points)
Pinata 15: 279, 273, 201, 237, 262, (250 points)
Pinata 16: 251, 251, 275, 234, 242, (250 points)
Pinata 17: 279, 269, 201, 262, 228 (247 points)
Pinata 18: 496, 428, 448, 512, 420 (460 points)
Pinata 19: 522, 500, 536, 526, 468 (510 points)
Pinata 20: 542, 525, 559, 493, 558 (535 points)

It is up to you to decide when/if you wish to use Passes. Personally, I advise doing the following;

1. Again, purchase Mace Blows if you are only short a few points for your Pinata

2. Always - Do the Objectives FIRST when you start a new Pinata!

3. Use the majority of your Passes/HOPs the first time they are offered ~ I advise using them sooner rather than later so that you can get to the harder pinatas faster (and have more regular clicks) - but feel free to save a couple for later if you wish.

In all my calculations - I've come out to one needing between 10 to 30 passes/HOPs *if one has some in inventory* to complete this promotion in full depending on when they decide to use their HOPs and Passes.
