Schleich!
By Retired breeder, 12th May 2016 06:40:49
I will be working on a project in June for youtube. It will be a video of photography. It will be a project that many will need to help with! You will have a chance to have your photos in a youtube video! You will send me the photos and I will put them all in a video! Then I will post it! Opinions: or Should I post my new schleich? |
J, I'd do it! I don't really care if one bad photo is stolen. I just won't put all my effort into it.

I have a lot of schleichs, some I think are 'antiques'- basically they just aren't for sale anymore.
Some of them are- The older version of the Friesian mare. (cantering) -A dusty-colored standing appaloosa stallion that I think only came in a certain puzzle. -An Irish Cob that isn't a Schleich but could pass for one! |

The old Friesian mare isn't that old, and many many copies were sold so it isn't that rare. This appy??? I think that one is fairly old.

No, she's not very old. She came out in 2013 in believe but I'm not entirely sure.
|
She came out in 2013. You can tell on the Schleich website how old any of their products are. You just look at the bottom right hand corner of the image. Indeed, she came out in 2013.

Yeah I will give credit to anyone who send pictures. I will post them by sections at a time. Like if there were 10 total, and I'd put them in order
So all of my images first, then someones elses all pictures, then the next person and so on and so on.
|
Is anyone going to enter my competition?
|

By Retired breeder, 17th May 2016 12:48:04
Yes, j, I'm going to enter. My fully tacked horse and my mounted rider are waiting on my shelf, but I keep forgetting to take the pictures in the daytime. If I can't have natural light, I have to turn on my light, and that makes the pictures grainier and yellow.

Yay pengy! Necessary is one of the hardest words for me to spell. Same! Half the time I have to google it because I'm so wrong spell check can't even get it

I have never been able to spell it! I have been ooking at cameras and have my eye on the Canon EOS T5, but It is $400! I still think I can somehow afford it when I really can't!
|
My dad bought a used one for me at $150. It's a... let me see, it's on my bed here somewhere... Oh here it is. It's a Canon PowerShot S3 I(or 1, I can't tell)S.
|
By Retired breeder, 20th May 2016 02:18:58
Yeah, used ones are much cheaper. My mom has a nice Canon that we bought used. I don't know what model, or how much it cost, but it's nice enough for YouTube videos or whatever, I'm sure. *secretly plots camera robbery*

Sorry I didn't know it's so huge

Uh, I finally remembered to ask about this mystery that I keep wondering about.
So all of the old Schleich have "Germany. Made in China" Written on them. The new ones just have "Made in China" on them. Except for the Tenessee Walking Horse stallion (the chestnut..). On the bottom of him, it says: "Made in Portugal" What is with this? Does anyone know why? I've checked over tons of others and none of them have Portugal written on them.
