Yay! I just got two new Schliech horses today! One a fabulous friesian mare with red ribbons in her mane and tail and then a chestnut mare. Thanks for them, Kamiko! (She is a player on here and a good friend of mine)

Poet, technically the foal's original mom was the old mare- the grey one with the tan mane and tail, braided mane. I have no idea what her coat CPR is called. However, the buckskin foal really doesn't match his/her light grey mom, or dark/light grey dad. He fits better with the new mare. (Am I the only one who wants a new stallion? I must expand my Andalusian collection!)

^^^ your post gave me an idea. I'm going to go online, find all of the marketing pictures of Schleich, safaris, etc that I want, put a name on each picture, then put them into a picture folder on my iPod. Just because I feel like it

Nice! I wish my friends gave me schleich! Most of them only have a few so they don't really have doubles to give me sadly...

My one friend and her sister have a whole bunch, but I think they play with them more than collecting them (or at least they used to play with them a lot) because they're all rather scratched up. A lot of them are "older" models, maybe 2003-2010, but they do have a few newer ones, too. I don't think they have unwanted doubles though

Nice! Is the Hano Mare walking for trotting? I looked closely and her gait doesn't match a trotting gait!

Nice! Is the Hano Mare walking for trotting? I looked closely and her gait doesn't match a trotting gait! I think she's doing some kind of dressage move. I'm not sure though.

The old Hanoverian mare, or the new one? The old one (bay, with white polos) seems to be doing a collected walk. I think that the current model (chestnut) is trotting.

What size should a stall for a schleich be?

Hmm, interesting, I will look closer.
Looking for shows to enter! I have a camera for one month, so yippee! Chicken coop review vid will be up today and Episode 1 of Quintus most likely tomorrow! I already have 11 subs! It makes me so happy! @Chrome I like where the horse can lay down, I tend to measure my stalls that way, and also a door for a run is nice for the horse! I treat schleich like actual horses! Has it really come down to this? What should I do for my intro vid on youtube? |
