[Known Issue] Performance Issues



HellOw everyone,

You may have noticed there are some performance issues occurring when you're trying to care for your horses.

I'd like to assure you that this is a top priority for the team. They are hard at work to resolve these issues as soon as possible.

So the team can fully investigate and resolve the issue, we would like to ask you to send a ticket to Contact Us providing any and all information you can.

Here are some good examples of things to provide:
- When does the issue start, date/time?
- How long did the issue last?
- What were you doing when the issue started? (Caring for horses, blupping, etc.)
- What kind of connection does the issue occur on? (Home internet, mobile data)
- What version are you playing on, Classic or Mobile?

The App won't load some pages like the Dartmoor horse and it won't let me add an email to my account.

Purchased some passes over two days ago. Money was taken from my account but passes have NOT been credited to my Howrse account. I sent in a ticket two days ago and they still have not fixed the issue. Really Howrse? Just taking peoples money? Fix this please.

cannot claim my free workshop for boarding and progress forward it just repeatedly says heres your first workshop yet wont claim or unlock it or let me progress any further due to the glitch in the tutorial

My app isn't opening at all! Just redirects to the web version. Is this across the board or just me? Does anyone know of a fix?

When I'm on the mobile version, I've been going through many of my horses and finally renaming them. Still, for some reason, when I click on the name and backspace, or even type in anything at all, it lags for a while or, most times, doesn't even load for me to type the new name in and click Modify. I have to exit the app and re-open it, and it works fine after that for a while, but it does it again later on. I'm glad its not always like that but its a little annoying that I have to do that several times a day lol, I am on my wifi, and it works perfectly fine on my laptop, its only on mobile when this happens. I hope you can figure out the problem! default smiley (8)default smiley :s

I have tried multiple times (like more than 10) to addmy email. I tried adding a different email in case that was the problem. I tried this pm the new version and the classic version. I just won't add. I submitted a ticket but it was no help as it was an automated answer so I could not talk to a person. To make it worse, there isn't even an option for the problem I'm having so how is it ever going to be fixed? Also, some terrible lagging in entering info on fields in auctions and search is causing me problems. I Even lost several actions because I could not make a bid fast enough and the bid amount available to bid up did not refresh when a bid was made on the amount shown on my screen by someone else, so when I bid the automatic amount it said to bid up, it wasn't enough. If I have to, this message will be put on the app rating. I'm enjoying the ge so far but not having an email is really limiting my gameplay. I can't even buy anything that takes real money because of this.

Unable to see when I have congratulated someone?? My username does not show after I offer congratulations. If I try to do it again it says I have already congratulated that person!
