[Known Issue] Performance Issues
Much thanks to the team for making this a priority (I've already submitted a ticket to Contact Us).
My issues have started to make it physically impossible for me to do my dailies on the game so I've had to start taking advantage of the slim windows of time where things *do* work to get everything done before the website once more ceases to work for me. Adds unnecessary stress to taking care of my account.

My issue is my passes that I’ve bought not being credited to my account, My card was charged and I did receive a receipt but my passes have yet to show up after over 10 hours

Help; my horse won’t go to bed! I have her registered in an EC, she’s gone through her days activities, but it’s been 48+ hours since then and the go to bed button won’t activate. I’ve tried on both mobile and web hosted versions, but it doesn’t seem to be working. I don’t know what to do because I also can’t change her boarding registration or anything if it’s a problem with the EC.
I sent a support ticket with a screenshot of the issue, but I still haven’t heard anything and she still can’t go to bed, age, I can’t put a hynos blanket on her, nothing.

you should really start a topic so that your question (which has nothing to do with this topic title) can be seen easier and answered.
However, heres a possible answer. Before day 30 registered, you cannot put your horse to bed without grooming it. You'll have to age the horse with an aging point.

the horse's health will probably go down from not having groomed it, but it shouldn't be too bad as long as you have been looking after the horse properly and feeding it and putting it to bed on time (til today)

Seems to happen most days about 11pm GMT. Lasts 5-10mins (totally dead) then slowly comes back online.
On laptop.

I was unable to connect to Howrse at all for about three or four days. The connection kept timing out or "empty response." During that time I tried connecting using two different devices and three different browsers, cleared cache and cookies, but nothing worked until tonight.

Same, but i was able to get on via my phone, but it was very difficult to get all my usual stuff done on there. I did everything i could on my end but it was on the other side. By day three i was talking with Contact Us, and they quickly had it fixed, and i am so thankful!

It's just started happening again for me.
I can't reload a page, but I can open a new tab and type in howrse.com to load the homepage and go from there. I've sent a ticket to Contact Us.

I am on my phone and I cannot put my horses n more than one comp. When I try more than that all the comps say that there is none to enter my horse into.

Nothing loads. Or if it does it takes ages. This has been happening forever it seems. Try to load anything and half the time I get a server error or it’s unable to connect to the server. Just trying to navigate the mobile version. Pms won’t send, they like get ate between hitting send and the loading. Takes forever to send when they do. I’m on my phone, where I mostly play and this has just been annoying.

I'm sorry to hear that you are encountering this issue with your purchases. Please ensure to send a message to the Contact Us team by using the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of each page in Classic or the Menu in Mobile. They answer all tickets that are received, in the order they are received in. Keep checking your ticket for their response. I'll also be censoring your messages as this topic is only for Performance Issues (game loading slowing, not responding, etc).

I have practically dismantled my computer trying to work out why on earth I couldn't get on any of my four game sites at all for three days! Then today it reappears - just like that - and I find I am not the onlyone! Wish I had known that before I spent hours trying to fix a problem I thought I had!

Yesterday was the first time I was able to connect to Howrse in three days. It's very odd, some people just had a time lag on the game apparently, others had sporadic connection, and a special few of us, had no connection at all. If I knew anything about techy stuff I might be able to understand that, but I don't! I do know I have a very very slow internet normally so perhaps it happened to those of us with slow internet? Is yours a slowish internet nighteagle?

I thought the time out issues and such were due to my data or poor wifi, other then that i've had the site take a long time loading when i do any of the care actions on mobile and mostly on competitions, feeding and training for classic. Sometimes it takes a few seconds, other times it wont load at all and I have to close the window and reopen the page. Sometimes on mobile it freezes up completely or you'll click an action to groom or go to bed and it will show the clicking but won't actually activate/load so you have to exit and reopen.

Eventhorizon, I don't usually have a slow internet but it happens occasionally. I checked the internet speed and it was fine. I was able to open other pages, play games, and watch Netflix without a problem. It's definitely a Howrse thing. Super strange that it's affecting people at different times and in different ways.

Totally unacceptable that this is still going on, every day, all day on all servers l play since the update back in August.
Great feedback/updates and customer service we've all come to expect from Admin Constantly getting new, unnecessary game updates, making changes to interface ect that just aren't warranted, but when it comes to a major game issue for players enjoyment of the game, they zip it tight

Please fix this problem! Taking upwards of 2 minutes to load a page on here! This morning was the worst it has been !!! I have sent in to Contact, not that they are ever going to address this problem!

every hour, between 5 and 10 minutes past the hour, around 5-10 seconds of lag on every action.
Every. Hour. Not noticed elsewhere with my browser, so definitely a Howrse issue, not a me, or my router, my isp or my system set up issue. That's not to say The Lag does not appear at other times, some days it's just too tiresome to bother playing because it's constant. This is not a recent thing, btw, it's been ongoing for about a year since I returned to the game.

I should add that that's my experience on both my pc running chrome on win 10, and a laptop running win 11 that used not only the same internet connection but various others, including on other side of an ocean to my home so... the problem is certainly your end, not mine.
And yes, other browsers were tried out too. And my cache and cookies cleared.
