[Known Issue] Performance Issues



HellOw everyone,

You may have noticed there are some performance issues occurring when you're trying to care for your horses.

I'd like to assure you that this is a top priority for the team. They are hard at work to resolve these issues as soon as possible.

So the team can fully investigate and resolve the issue, we would like to ask you to send a ticket to Contact Us providing any and all information you can.

Here are some good examples of things to provide:
- When does the issue start, date/time?
- How long did the issue last?
- What were you doing when the issue started? (Caring for horses, blupping, etc.)
- What kind of connection does the issue occur on? (Home internet, mobile data)
- What version are you playing on, Classic or Mobile?

Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience while the team investigates this issue.

I have a question about the blupping. I used to be able to see my numbers rise when I did things like rides, competitions and training daily before putting them to bed. Now the numbers don't move at all for days. I thought they fixed the blupoing issues but it feels more like we are being punished for trying rather than it getting better. My horses have not got any closer to 100 in days and days. Anyone else have this issue? default smiley :(

Which horse in particular?
I've not had any issues with my blups.

To get 100 blup, the horse must:
-be at least 10 years old
-win 20 comps
-bold (which is to max out) the top 3 genetic skills from training, rides and comps

If your horse's blup is not yet 100, but no longer increasing, then you must be doing actions that don't contribute to blup, such as earning skills that aren't one of the top 3, the horse isn't winning comps, or already has 20 wins, but you're missing something else, etc. A link to a specific horse can help us let you know what the issue isdefault smiley :)

I have play on a mobile device. And my issue began yesterday. I could not get the Sports mini game to start it has totally grayed out the roulette wheel. I have another device so was able to do objectives.
Please fix it soon.

The real performance issue is the lack of being able to repair all my boxes at once. If I kept up my boxes religiously the time I have would be spent exclusively on repairing them. I have not played this game for some time now and will not return until this is fixed. So many unnecessary changes to the game and you are incapable of tweaking the amount of boxes one can repair at once. Ridiculous.

The font size on mobile version is suddenly very large- it was fine this morning until I restarted the app. Restarted again and still the same problem. Has this happened to anyone else?

The message "You cannot perform this action now, please try again later" started appearing during my unicorn coverings today, which is VERY annoying and is disrupting my ability to maximise the usage of the 1 minute gap for each session, thus spoiling my schedule. It's fine when I do comps and breed normal horses, but not when I try to speed cover unicorns. Please, see to it, it's very irritating to see it all over the game already...

I havent had any issues with unicorn breeding today. I assume you've done the usual maintenance?

I am doing the same as I always do for years. The message popup has been appearing sporadically for me during horse care and competitions entering for the past 2 months (roughly), however, today was the first time it did appear when I had my uni mares lined up for breeding - it appeared several times when I pressed the cover button.

Everyday, after 8.30pm (CEST) i cant play this game anymore. Its just super slow, every action takes several seconds or the website is "down". (from Germany)

Ive been having issues in the mobile app where when I switch to my next horse for caring my passes disappear? Ive already sent in a ticket but still no response??

Game hit a wall for me around 1630, 1700 EST. It's been obnoxiously slow. All other sites run and load fine. Cleared cache and cookies and restarted the whole computer to be sure and it's still horrendous. Blupping was bad enough but now I'm trying to age unis I've bred and I'm definitely having a bumpy ride on the struggle bus. Classical, fiber optic connection, laptop running Win 11.

For a few weeks now I've had several issues on classic at all times. I have to click actions and all sorts of things like the next page several times before it works, and entering competitions/clicking actions takes several seconds before it registers and does the action.

For the past few days I have not been able to view my objectives page (I'm using the app) It just says finish tutorial and gives a link to classic howrse. Same for the equestrian center page. But when I try to log in there is won't work even if I reset my password. Also the direct sales is just a blank page, but not sure if that's because I just haven't unlocked it.

I am also having issues with the game running very slowly, taking a long time to load each page. It is only Howrse though, everything else runs normally.

Having connection issues on web browser. Pages just keep trying to load but not loading switched to mobile & it's working slightly better but still lagging & taking a long time to load or just doesn't load. All other apps are working on laptop & my phone Facebook, Netflix & YouTube all loading right away. Problems began accruing around 6pm 6th October (New Zealand time) on going issues will send a ticket in when my game starts loading properly again...
