[Known Issue] Performance Issues



HellOw everyone,

You may have noticed there are some performance issues occurring when you're trying to care for your horses.

I'd like to assure you that this is a top priority for the team. They are hard at work to resolve these issues as soon as possible.

So the team can fully investigate and resolve the issue, we would like to ask you to send a ticket to Contact Us providing any and all information you can.

Here are some good examples of things to provide:
- When does the issue start, date/time?
- How long did the issue last?
- What were you doing when the issue started? (Caring for horses, blupping, etc.)
- What kind of connection does the issue occur on? (Home internet, mobile data)
- What version are you playing on, Classic or Mobile?

For me over the last week the lag has been absolutely horrible. It doesn't seem to matter which server I'm on or what I'm doing. I've checked my internet, used different devices and cleared my cache. I hope this gets fixed soon! default smiley :(

I'm having an issue getting the game to open on my Android phone. I've tried wifi, data, clearing cookies, and two different browsers. The page either never loads or gets stuck halfway. On my PC I can't access the website unless I clear cookies Every Single Time I open the website. I'm in the US. Otherwise I get the blank page of this website isn't found. Any tips?

This is so weird, I have been completely unable to log in to any of my four games for over a week, and could not even get through to owlient to ask what was going on as they replied asking me to contact them through Howrse help, which I could not access, So I gave up, and then suddenly today, Howrse is back! I have decided not to even buy more passes though, seems no point if the game vanishes without reason just before the end of an event on which I had spent passes!!!default smiley :'(

Yet again, the game just became unavailable for several days then suddenly I can log in again, but sooner or later a long lag will throw me off and I doubt that I;ll be able to get back in, this is driving me mad!default smiley :(

I've contacted them about this issue but haven't gotten a solution yet, but has anyone else had a problem of not being able to log in when using data? If I'm connected to wifi the game works just fine, but if I'm using data I can't get the game to load

For weeks now I keep getting timed out .and thats if i can get on the game at all. All servers the same and on my desk top ,laptop , and my Ipad. Driving me mad. i have a fast internet connection, and have done all the usual, clear cashe ect.It is only this game it happens on , everything else working normal

I am unable to open my advent calendar for today, 12/3. I have refreshed and even logged out and back in but still unable to open it.

I have noticed the last week or two everything seems to be moving very slowly.

Any help greatly appreciated.

My advent calendar days are off, and haven't been giving me my rewards. Namely the 13th thinks its the 12th, and others like that.

For some reason it will not let me cover any of my mares, I've been having this issue for several days and every time I attempt to cover my mare it sends me back to the "my horses" page after I select a sire instead of sending me to the page where I can cover my mare. Is anyone else having this issue?
Could anybody else not access the game at all for the past couple of hours? It wouldn't load at all on my laptop or my phone. Very annoying.

I have noticed that my Precious Metal Horse (Gold)

Gold of★Devine's (Divine)

his meter has not changed in over a week it sticks to 89 and has been like that for a while

i care for him daily so its frustrating to not see his meter go up...

i kept thinking well he will collect them all the following day but it hasn't changed in over a week

Not sure if im the only one or there are other members with the same issue

Please fix it default smiley :'(

So i just completed the pinata game, and i got the star item i was under the impression this turns your horse into a star horse? But when i used it my horse stayed as a arabian.

Im not sure what to do i worked really hard to get it and if im wrong about the item sorry but it looks to me that my horse should change. Ive tried logging out several times also.



Pleas help! The horse can be seen in my divine tab

The item doesn't change the appearance, it will have the same art, including any coat items. The breed section says 'star', which is what is supposed to happen. The item is working as it is intended.

I have two horses that I am unable to give an affix to...I was able to do several horses before and after, just not those two... and no, they do not already have an affix.

you need to start a topic in the forum rather than posting in this topic, its made for game issues. Neither of those horses were bred (born) on your account, so therefore you cannot give your affix to them. Its not a game issue.

Not sure if anyone else is having game issues today, but mine is running super slow. The pages and actions are taking way longer to load then they should.

Hello guys,
this is just a minor problem, but I'm hoping you'll fix it anyway. Every time I try to care for my horses, and I for example, groom my horse, the little "groom" icon starts shaking and then disappiers! And my horse is still not groomed default smiley :@ This happens on both the Classic and Mobile version, wether there's mobile data or Wi-Fi. It's pretty annoying, but mostly after reloading the Page, it works again.
I am having an issue with the boxes in my center not showing as repaired after I click on the option to repair them. It says the resources are used and it says they were repaired, but the percentage points don't show as being fully repaired. I am concerned since the percentage on some are approaching or over 50%, and I don't want to lose any of my 2** and 3*** boxes.

If your boxes arranged by wear and tear %, once you repair them they get bumped to the last page. Check if it is there at zero %?

What you could be seeing is this example:

Page 1: 10 boxes all 50% wear
Page 2: 10 boxes all 40% wear

You repair the boxes of page 1. Page refreshes

Page 1: 10 boxes all 40% wear
Page 2: 10 boxes all 0% wear

So it looks like it didn't fully repair, but it did!

My howrse page is to big for my phone. It won't let me do some of the stuff, likefeed. It started on my usa account yesterday. Now my international account is doing the same. Everything else on my phone is normal. I tried to pull with my fingers. Nothing. Any ideals. Thank you

Before the update this site was fine, after update everything is not working as it should,
tasks are taking way too long, and some are not completed either, it has taken me 3/4
of an hr to do a few horses, the problem is not my internet, as been on uk server and
everything was fine, managed to complete in 1/2 hr, hope this gets resolved before I
return tomorrow.

I’ve been doing the “train your horse for at least 3 hours” task for about a week now and it still saying I ain’t done it default smiley :@
