We never know when Divines will be in luck items like HOPs beforehand, and we don't know what Divines will be brought out next.

I think they meant other than the lottery; something more along the lines of the Ruby offer now.

Since that part got censored too, for anyone looking for info on the upcoming M__ promo, head to page 1811 to find it. It's kind of scattered around the page, but it's there~ default smiley (y)

The maze maps from Dacota aren't the most recent, as the second set were censored. There were small changes that were made to the maps, and so the most recent are in my forum, along with everything else (divine, drum horse, calculations etc).
