[Known Issue] Promotional/Advertisement Videos
HellOw everyone, You may have noticed that the promotional/advertising videos on the Pass purchase page hasn't been working lately. The team is aware of this issue and is currently investigating the issue. I'll update this topic as soon as the issue is resolved. The videos are still available in the Android & iOS Howrse apps. Here is the message as of today (October 22, 2024):
"Due to a technical issue, advertising videos are no longer available on the PC version of Howrse. We invite you to use the mobile app to access this feature." Therefore, we can probably assume that this issue is long-term. I will keep checking for updates, but the mobile version looks to be our only feasible option for a while.

If it worked on the mobile version that'd be one thing, since that can be accessed on PC, too. But it only works on the App. Really wish they'd get rid of all their advertisement banners for the videos at the very least if they don't plan on making them available for PC again.

I appreciate the clarification. I meant to say mobile app, but I forgot to proofread the message. I think removing the advertisement banners would be smart if the videos are permanently gone.

I really wish they'd remove the advertisement banners and everything redirecting to the videos page and just tear it down completely if they don't intend to fix it. It's annoying and while I'm not a web designer or a coder it feels like having that there is just using extra resources both server side and for everyone using this site.

I haven't seen any problems with the advertisement thing. It works just fine and is having fun tossing me tack which I sell back to store.
