Can the team please look into adding more trophies that focus on game play? I didn't realize it until I looked on a server I recently started on, but almost half of the trophies we have right now are based on owning certain divines. It's hard not to feel bad for players that are either just starting out or don't have many divines yet, they are missing out on a lot of potential trophies/prizes.

Every time I get on here I realize how much I miss the old trophies. I recently bought a retired coat (which I'm realizing I overspent on seeing how much they've been devalued because of that awful update) and today I wanted to look at all the Silver Apples I had and see how close I was to the next trophy. I went to my profile and poked around wondering where that option had gone for a second before realizing that I no longer have the option to look at my trophies and see which Silver Apples I have and what I need for the next trophy. The trophy is just gone.

I can't stress enough how much I hate this update.

I so agree with oathkeeper. In taking care of horses I find myself pretty much just doing comps and AP farming because, well I need the AP but trophies only reward dropping and entering/winning comps. I would do so much more with them if "give X number of horses carrots" or "offer X coverings/cover a mare X times" was a trophy option, rather than an occasional daily objective. It would make the game and trophies more active. Right now it feels very passive, like there's nothing I can really do to progress.

Less passive or limited time trophies, more active trophies that encourage game play is the short of it.

I'd give them just a teeny bit more time to sift through ideas, preferences and figure out what's feasible, then getting to work on it before I start thinking this. I'm not holding my breath or getting hopes up too high though.

Anyone else having a terribly difficult time trying to get a chance to "help" train another chimera or wild, I literally have so many already trained, and check them 3+ times a day and have not had the option to help at all

It's rare and luck based. You just have to be on a Wild's page at the right time.

There's a better chance if there's one being offered in Sales, but other than that, it's really just down to sheer luck of the draw.

I'm glad we're getting updates now but it's frustrating that it's been TWO MONTHS and it sounds like they haven't even begun starting to discuss this. You'd think with all the backlash they'd have SOMEthing to share after all this time.

I knew not taming all my chimeras would pay off. I haven't tamed them all but I did get the diamond trophy for sending 400 requests. Not sure I have that many wilds though but when you get close to 100 you can send more requests than you need and it counts.

I find it best to look when a wild, chimera and now pet are being released to see if they are needing help. That is when the asking for help thing comes up the most.

Yes, all mine are tamed. I had a bit of luck last week with a couple of players offering requests whilst I was around, but now I'm back at work I'm not around at that time and haven't had barely a sniff of any since. It's all luck, and there are just so many of us needing them and stalking the pages I guess.

Yeah I don't really think they're going to fix it at this point. I think they're just going to roll out new Divine and Event trophies and continue making the page look worse and do absolutely nothing else about the rest of it.

I totally agree with you all - I feel so demotivated in buying new horses as I used to for old trophies. New divine? Meh, why should I buy it?. Good offer in direct sales for Retired Golden Apple? Meh, it does not count anymore.
I totally lost the fun of obtaining trophies, the fun of see them on my profile's page all already gained.
If I feel demotivated as old player, I can only imagine what currently new players feel if almost all trophies for them is not possible at all. I feel sorry for them, as I have at least occasion in the past to have fun with trophies before this update.
And you know what? It is just sad

Yeah they really are SUPER inaccessible to new players. How's someone who just started last week supposed to be winning rosette competitions and buying Divines? Not to mention the loads of annoying Event trophies which just sit there frozen and if you're new you're not even going to know what's it's TALKING about, let alone how to progress.

... I think the ONLY thing new players can do towards trophies now is collecting droppings and logging in? Entering competitions as well, I guess. But still. What a de-motivator. Back under the old style anyone with a few day's seniority could buy a Fresian and have a shiny new trophy to start out their collection!

update on amethyst: still not a single pass drop for a solid month and a half now. strange thing is the rest of the gemstones are back to relatively normal (if more stingy) drops. :l

Am I completely nuts or did they change the number on the Competition Wins XI one? I swear it was 5000 and now it's 10000 but the percentage hasn't changed?

I seriously remember it being 5000 this is kind of weirding me out.

I just checked my images from the first day of the update, and the goals for the comps haven't changed. 100k for wins, and 200k for entries

I don't know what the goal prior to 100k was, but if the number you saw was 50,000 and not 5,000, I'd say you probably gained a trophy

I haven't gained a trophy, I got no message and there's no way I entered 5000 competitions since yesterday.

I didn't see 50000 either, that wouldn't make sense since the goal now is 10000 and it wouldn't be LESS than the previous goal.

I guess I'm just going insane but I swear I've been working towards 5000 for months now and just today it says something different. That's about the only trophy I can even get, so it's the only one I've been looking at. Weird.
