I really really really want Howrse to give us a proper response - not just an admin (not hating on the admins, they're trying with what little they have) telling us they told the higher ups - telling us how they plan to fix this. Or honestly, at least them saying "Yeah, you're stuck with this new system. We're not giving back the old trophies" so I can just quit.

Maybe that's why they aren't responding. They don't want to do anything about it but they also don't want to admit that it's not going to get fixed because they know there are a bunch of players hanging on in hopes that they will get their trophies back and by saying that there is no hope they will just drop off and they will lose even more players than they already have (apologies for the run-on sentence, I got annoyed).

It sure would be nice if Howrse told us ALL changes they made and not just the ones THEY think are important. Today one of my Hrimfaxi got to 100 dew drops. I checked my game stats and it said 215/1000. Went to collect the 100 APs and all i got was 32. Seems woke horses don't count anymore. It has to be unique groomed horses.

What is "unique" groomed horses?

It only counts one per horse. I asked contact us a few years ago and they confirmed that it has to be different horses, you can't just care for one multiple times and have it count as multiple.

I've had two Hrimfaxi's for years now but I also take care of a lot of howrses each day and have never had a problem. I was looking all over the place for what a 'unique' groomed howrse was. The 'NEW' Help Center is such a joke, so worthless.....

That and they just barely communicate with us at all. The tutorial for the last event was broken for the entire event and never once did they send a heads-up to players explaining how to get through. A lot of people just assumed it wasn't mobile-compatible and I don't blame them.

They want our money, but search me as to what they're spending it on. It's clearly NOT being spent on bug fixes, improvements to the game, art and design, or improved communication between players and staff.

Mods are regular players who volunteer... there is no conspiracy here

Mods have no influence over the game, they simply enforce the rules. They can pass on your concerns to the development team but contact us is the only way to directly contact the game developers who actually make these changes/sort out issues!

As has been mentioned before insults towards anyone, including mods and admins, are not allowed.

Do we know IF they are still working on a potential fix/alteration on the trophies?
A while ago it was mentioned that they were working on something?

Fingers crossed something is being worked on, because the current medals/bars/lack of trophies has all but nuked my game and motivation.

I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. The admins don't seem to have any information (just "yes, we are forwarding your complaints to the higher ups") and you'd think if Howrse actually had any they would want to get it out as quick as possible to soothe the players and sort of quiet the backlash a little bit.

I can't remember the exact message you are referring to but I'm willing to bet it was another empty message along the lines of "yes, we know you are upset. We are thinking about maybe fixing to get ready to start working on perhaps planning something vague."

Just to make it clear for anyone looking to censor me - I'm not bullying or insulting admins. I respect that you are doing the best you can and it is not your fault you don't have any information and can't help us.

Just want the 'powers to be' that just because nobody is posting, we have happily settled into the awful Trophies debacle.

No matter what you do, it will never be like the old Trophies page. The old Trophies were the biggest part of my play and enjoyment. The more I play, the more I dislike this disaster of a change. It is such a letdown to my game play.

How about a REAL response for once??? I’ve never seen to many Howrse players so unhappy for such an extended period of time.

I for one am still awaiting an official response from the powers that be adressing the issues with the trophy removal as well as acknowledging the criticism of the new system. The continued silence isn't looking so good.

Is ANYTHING being done to rectify this?

As a personal note, I thoroughly loathe the new collections more than ever. I want my retired apples on my profile. I want to be able to see which ones I have - at a glance, on one single page, with a simple click, like before.

I'm impressed yet not at the same time how long the players have been expressing their frustrations and how upset they (we) are with the trophies being taken away. I for one am still hoping that they will come back so I can enjoy playing again.

Currently, I'm only on here to take care of a couple of divines and take care of a few other things. I skipped a couple of events and didn't care about my progress in the current one. It's really sad how we can't hear anything regarding WHY this massive and unwelcomed change happened.

If EchOw says she is passing on comments then she is. If she tells you nothing else then she has been given nothing else to tell you.

In my opinion that means that the 'powers that be' are happy with the change. After 3 months I think is highly unlikely that anything major will change. There may be a few tweaks at times but I really cant see anything else happening.
