Please, do not take offense. I mean it as an honest question since I don't know too much barn-wise about horses in reality.

I understand that you're not being rude. (:

After further research, the 3* are big enough..

Thank you, you can never know with a wall of text. 1* I can definitely see as being too small. 2* may push it. 3* is like a luxurious space. At least that's how I always looked at it.

It depends on the Draft Horse:

A smaller Draft usually needs a box that is at least 12' x 12' - possibly up to 14' x 14'
A large Draft 16' x 16' stall or larger

So depending on the Drafts added to the game, the boxes we have would actually be fine:

1* - measures 12m² - Good for small Drafts

2* - measures 16m²
3* - measures 18m²

Both the 2* and 3* would be more than enough for a Draft of any size, while the 1* would be pushing it a little.

But then again - Howrse isn't exactly true to life so I suppose for the sake of the game, we can let a few things slide default smiley ;)

We've kept draft horses at my riding barn before in the average sized stall of the barn. They have plenty of room. So, as ShorahNagi said, there's really no reason to add new boxes default smiley (lol)
Here is a thought, for all you foaming at the mouth for the drafts...

IF they are workable horses, they could have them like the Donkeys, no breeding outside of Draft, no cross breeding. And limited foals.

So don't get your hearts set on them being like a regular horse. You all are getting way a head of your self.default smiley ;)

katiedingo - it's still fun to dream like we have all these years about them default smiley ;)

No matter what they end up being - I'll just be thankful to finally have them on the game in some form.

Draft Horses have always held a special place in my heart, as they are the horses whom I learned to ride on.

I often don't like getting spoiled but I just can't help myself to go onto this spoiler zone, it is like reading a book people say read the back page to find out about the story even films when people tell you what the film is about.

I've been guessing they might be like Geyser or Rain - Able to offer a benefit to the Center they are boarded at, able to be worked like a normal horse, just not able to breed.

Anyone know how the drafts will be introduced?

Nope - all we know is that they will be added to the game in some form or another

though my guess is:

If they are an item like Calves - with an update to the store
If they are an actual breed - in some sort of promotion (like HOPs or Titan's Challenges)

I hope they let the draft's be bred to other breeds.. A nice, heavyset showjumping pony....

At present time - we have no idea. All we know is that we are getting Draft Horses (for all we know, this could just be one heavy-horse looking graphic called 'Draft Horse' that we can buy in the EC store like calves for cutting comps.)

Doubtful ~ Though domesticated, they aren't exactly used for Competitions (most of them seem to be used for wool and/or as pack animals)

Donkeys however can be used for competitions (that, and Donkeys are a lot more similar to horses than Alpacas/Llamas)

Jlimer no you wouldn't being rude I kind of thought it wouldn't be either.
Well today I have been ready spoiler topic on different servers, everyone waiting for prepaid to start, and looking for spoilers, the conversations are different on each one, here it is draft horses, some are making up new Divines, yet others discussing new comps.

Very entertaining.

I just got a response from support. Each Dew you own can give birth to Brook. So yes you can have 10 brooks if you have 10 dew.
