Does anyone know around what time the promo will start? They usually start at the update or at 13:00

When I was on the test server I could. I mean I bought the elven pack and I had like 12 rolls and I got to a different board....I had the same amount of rolls 8 hours later. Plus the extra roll from the 'every 9 hours you get a roll'. This might; and might not of helped.

Yes, if you buy rolls, then you can keep them, but if you roll every 8 hours and you miss one, they dont stack up.

Personally I think the presumption that howrse would start a Christmas promo two and a half weeks before the actual event was a bit of a mad thought. It's more likely to be around the 14th-17th mark in all honesty. But don't hold me to that we don't really know until it's released.

there would not be enough time to finish then. there are 5 boards to complete, even if it started on the first of the month, you would still need passes to complete it. and you open presents starting on the 24th.

Christmas promos always start at the start of the month

i believe ow and mods have said the 7th and thats today it was on a few pages back well more then a few now, im just wondering when toady

It's not only school that messes up timing on promos, work does it, too, I promise.

I'm really exited for the Christmas promo. I always like the promo's :')
And, yeah. If it starts today? Great! If it starts tomorrow? Also great! I'd rather have a promo without any buggs (except when it is to our advantage ), but a bit later, then a promo full of buggs that doesn't have any delay.

Kinda hope it starts today! I hear that you can get rolls at certain times...hopefully it isn't during the school day...

This is one of the longest promos Howrse offers and if it had started on the 1st I would not have been surprised. I know I was stuck on one board for a week going nowhere and that is likely to happen again. MOST promos go anywhere from 14 to 17 days.

To their credit Howrse did allow you to continue after the 25th last year to collect more presents.

They do allow you to continue after the 24th though. Also they aren't going to make it so you're able to complete the board without passes anyway that would technically defeat the object of them releasing the promo to begin with...



Indeed it is however their promos are getting shorter. Now they barely last over a week. So in all honestly I wouldn't be surprised if it was released closer to Christmas, especially if they're planning to have it run over time as well.

I think that is why they suspended the BC because they could devote more time and effort into a very special promo.

Of all the promos this one gives you the most gifts and divines and "special packs" so that is why the most time was needed.

It is going to be a very busy time for all of us this next 2 week both in real life and howrse life.

WEEELLL. SOme people said 15:00 on game time, and for me, its 13:30. So maybe in like... 1 hour 30 minutes? (Sorry if I miscalculated math XD)

I don't remember any promo's starting in the afternoon, neither do I remember any starting on a Sunday...I highly doubt it's today, especially since that person almost certainly had a different time zone than you.

What time zone are they saying at 15:00?

You know when the gemstones were resrved in sales they reserved at like 5 or 6, which is like.. ummm.. 17:00 or 18:00. I heard promos either started at 13:00 or that time that I mentioned. And yes, I heard of promos coming out on sunday.

I have seen promos coming out on a Sunday. I believe they are going to come out on the 8th a little after the new day, say 3-6 hours after? It is only my estimate.
