It should, but I haven't been successful in finding it on other servers to see. I know it was an added breed (I think) so the newer servers may not have it.

The Hackney actually wasn't an original breed...I believe it was added in October of 2008 or 2009

It will because all the breeds are changing. The only horses that are not affected are the DAs and Donkeys. Their graphics will remain the same. We just haven't gotten to that breed yet. The International (along with the French and Spanish servers possibly) have a wider variety of breeds and thus will take longer to get to each. Other country servers will take less time because they have fewer.

What was the original first breed?

anyone know if they are going to give us rubber bands for tack, like in the parade, or if they are ditching them?

The ones you choose when signing up. The 'first breeds' will differ depending on what server you start on, but some have the same breed. Like Arabs, they're found on most (if not all) servers.

They may ditch or become a Bonus Item, but don't take my word for it.

That's not completely true as the Irish Hunter was not an original breed.

from my understanding, they will ditch the rubber bands, the only ones they will transfer over as tack are the blankets, polos, and bonnets. They MIGHT do the saddles and bridles, but I don't think so..

For right now it doesn't seem planed, but seeing how the art files on the horses are capable of displaying them, it may be planned for later on default smiley ;)

No they were not original horses.
IF I remember right, unis are kinda new also. I think it was the pegsi that were the "big deal" back then.
