This is really cool the new skins horses but I am disappointed that they have changed but otherwise Shetland foals are gorgeous I look forward to knabstrupy (do not know how to spell it I'm from Czech Republic) I'm looking forward.default smiley 8-)default smiley (y)

This is just my opinion, don't hate on me for it, but I personally don't like the new skins for the horses as much. Take the fresian, for example. It had more color to it, and it overall just looked more realistic to me the way it was before. I don't know if it's just me, but the colors look more blurry and blended, which I don't like as much.

I do have one question, though. I've been gone for a bit on early spring break, and I apparently missed all the big news updates. Are there going to be any of the draft horses, like clydesdales or belgiums?

I'm quite happy with the change on the Curlys. Before I thought they were the ugliest breed, now tht they've changed them, I think I will consider breeding them.

To me, the new skins are just boring. You can't recognise them easily anymore from the way they were standing.
I officially hate the Friesian btw. It's not a Friesian anymore default smiley :(

I posted this before, but I wanted to post again so everyone could see it

While I do LOVE the new coats, I do have a bit of constructive criticism for a few. I'll just go down the list of horses pictured in the above post.

Mustang:
-The highlights on the face appear a little strong. Not a major issue, but if the coats were to be fixed it might be something to look at.
Over all they look pretty good

Adult Gypsies
- They look pretty good to me. Loving the longer manes and better build (the old ones looked too frufru to me)

Gypsy foals
- look slightly buck kneed (or over at the knee, whichever term you prefer), almost appear to be standing on their tip toes.
No major issues though, just a tweak that could be made.

Tennessee walker:
-Legs slightly too long, makes the neck appear a bit disproportionate, or you could say its the other way and the legs look to short. Just a slight adjustment in the proportions of the neck/legs would be needed if tweaks were to be made.

Trotters:
-Front pasterns look a little long
-Barrel looks a little long as well
Everything else looks pretty good

Nokota:
Looks good

Curly:
-Back leg is a little too far out. The hock and shank should line up with the point of the buttock.
-slightly camped under in the front

Appaloosa:
-Long in the barrel
- Looks a little buck kneed in the front to me. It may not actually be and the shading may just make it appear that way.

Paint:
-same as above

Quarter horse:
-same as above

Marwari:
-Either the chest is too big, or the rear is too small. Just looks disproportionate.
-other than that it looks really nice

Trakehner:
-The highlights on the faces look a tad strong for some of the coat colors (mainly the roans) but it looks good in general and that is a minor issue that wouldn't really need fixing.

Knabstrupper:
-slightly camped under in the front and the knees look a little swollen.

I'm still in love with the new coats, these are just a few issues I saw and minor changes that could be made. Thought I'd go ahead and put them out there incase they wanted any further feedback on the conformation and shading for the coats. I'll try and find some of the other breeds later and post some thoughts on them

No offense but I think the friesians. Total no face, before she had beautiful wallpaper and beautiful mamen and they were black. Now become the ugly gray horses
Sin very sin
The Hackney hasn't changed.... *rocks back and forth* does that mean it'll share the Tennesse Walker lines? Why, why would they do that? If anything the trotter lines are closer to the Hackney than the walker likes.

I realize that the only Hackney I have is on a DA coat and it won't be changing, but the Tennessee Walker graphic is the one I take the most issue with. The neck is too long and head too large, the back appears too short even though the torso is the proper length, and the legs are too stocky, especially in the hind legs. The croup is too low, the haunches undefined and off-looking.

Now, I realize these are just pixels, and that the change won't affect me if I'm not breeding what's going to be changing. But even with the changes I suggested to make to the Walker lines, I still don't see it fitting a Hackney.
