my sign is cancer, but I've always wished it was Leo. I am not too fond of Cancer's design but I will go for her since she gives birth to such a cute little foal!

Yes, but only for VIPs (according to to that picture anyway).

@Rose765 your answer is both correct and incorrect.

Cancer will be available in HOPs for everyone once all of the horseshoes needed are collected and the festivities/lottery start.

However, VIPs will be able to try and get Cancer from HOPs at any time, including during the collecting horseshoes part, from the very moment the promotion starts.

Wait, so only VIP's will be able to try for Cancer in the Horns of Plenty? If so, when does that promotion start? Will there be any other ways to win Cancer without being a VIP and not being of that sign?

Ooh yay! HOPs! I was expecting Fleeces again, but I do prefer HOPs. I might actually go for Cancer actively (not my sign so I wasn't going to bother at first) just because of the HOPs. default smiley xd

She will also be available as the grand prize of the lottery. But those will be the only two methods for now.

Just like other GCs, I would have thought that Cancer can also be won as the top prize during the lottery/festivities as well as in the HOPs. There won't be another way to get the divine during that time, but hopefully all Zodiacs will eventually be released in the reserved sales~

Since Leo looks to start off as a foal, it is likely that another Zodiac will have Leo as their foal. As Cancer is a female (I think), she may give birth to Leo. Here are the pictures again, first mentioned by DinaStar on page 1769.
