For question two - we don't know. All we can do is wait and see what the future holds (though it looks like it won't return for awhile as the next two promos are not lotteries).

For question one - while nothing is 100% certain;

It seems all the Zodiac Divines will have the same perk of "If you own the Divine of your sign - on your birthday, you'll receive an item from the Divine"

So for example - Scorpio *the first one being released* has the Zodiac calendar dates of October 23rd to November 21st. If your birthday is between these dates and you own him - he will give you a 5th Element.

If you are not a Scorpio - you'll get nothing from this Divine.

Because their gifts operate based on Birthdays - the ability to change one's birthday is being removed (as otherwise, players would change their birthday every day to get gifts and abuse the system.)

We think the Zodiac horses will be released during the months they preside over, e.g., Capricorn - December 22th -> January 19th. Also, there's the idea that if you have your Zodiac horse, they give you something on your birthday.

We don't know when the Lottery will return, but since it's so popular, I guess Howrse might bring it back soon-ish. Check the last two, three pages for the promo at Christmas.

The Christmas promo looks fun. Do we actually have a chance to win multiple divines? And are there two new ones, Winter and Archer? Also, when would Capricorn/Saggitarius become available then..? Wouldn't they have a promo tested before we test the Christmas promo at all? Or are they being released right after the two zodiac time periods end..

Saggitarius is being released in that Christmas promo. As the grand prize perhaps? after the other four or five divines? And she does give birth to Capricorn. Looks like I'm gonna be spending money on this promo rather than any packs, which are returning this year.

$30 pack gets you 500k, 20 passes, new Falabella and something else. The $100 pack gets you 10 TC I believe, 80 passes, 1,000,000, a slepiner, and a mythological divine of your choice. Probably mixed things up but that's the jist of the least expensive and most expensive pack.
