That could only be part of his perk, and not the whole of it (Remember, there is no other information on that Divine).

But all we can do is wait and see.

I think I'll just quench my desire of getting these Zodiac divines by buying myself a nice GA...from what I can tell, the perks of them aren't anything I would really 'desire'.
Hopefully Howrse will release some reasonably priced divines (with decent perks) in the sales, at some point. I just can't justify spending over 10 passes on an event, now that that 10 passes could buy me a whole month of VIP membership.

I agree disco513 Ow should make it easyer to get a divine. Does any one know when the next Great Challenge is coming up or if there will be zebras or clyidestales soon? so sorry forgot to take the stars out!!

Sigh... I just wish that Howrse would come out with a promo where non pass buying players can get a decent divine that maybe regular pass buyer's can't, but normal players still need to work hard for. I saw the calculation for the WC promo and that's a lot of passes.

It actually is easier to get a divine now than it was several years ago. Easier, as in if you save up pass horses for about 3 months (most promos are estimated to be about 30 passes) then you can get a divine, because we have promos all the time. In the beginning, promos were few and far between and the divine releases were sporadic.

Also, if you just want any divine and don't care about its perk, there are usually some in the sales for less than 20 passes.

I used to try for divines all the time, but now I investigate their perk to see if I really need/want the perk for my game, that way I don't waste time, passes or diamonds attempting to get a divine that doesn' t help my game.

All promos are between 20-30 passes to get the divine, And on some promos, it could be almost possible to get one with out passes, that is if all things land right, if you are really lucky, Cards and Board games are the best for luck.default smiley :d

Hello,

The issue of the 13th zodiac divine named Ophiuchus and Serpentarius is reported. The name should be Serpentarius.

"When you've collected all 12 of the main horses of the Zodiac, you will receive the final horse of the Zodiac: Ophiuchus!

When he wins his very first competition, he offers you 1 x Special 5th Element that allows you to customize a horse with the 5th Element coat of your choice."

This perk refers to Serpentarius.

Thanks Spyder! Agreed with starry, definitely just going to go for my own Z. It's super awesome...until you realize it's a one time only perk.....So I guess unless you're struggling to get the most rare coat, it's pointless.

I don't think we'll have any 'cheap' divine promos, (that aren't based on luck), anytime soon. That's why I'm hoping for some divines in the reserved sales.

When I was newer, they had the prehistoric Divines in the reserved sales. One of the cheaper ones I liked was 10 passes. That is reasonable.

I just can't justify spending 20+ passes on a horse that gives you a 5th element once a year. It would take, (I believe that the 5th element costs 2 passes when in the BM), 10 years for you to be 'payed back' for it. (Assuming that you didn't get a metal element and sell that in the sales.)

Again, that's IF you can get it for 20 passes. 15 years if it costs 30 passes.
Not sure what the perks of the other Zodiacs will be, but Serpentarius doesn't sound all that great, (in my opinion), either.
Assuming that it stays/is the same as I was hearing, that only the horse that is your zodiac sign gives you something...the others are all useless, in the aspect of items received from them.

I also have a feeling that Metal Element prices might not stay as high as they are now. Just as it was easy to get a horse with a H. Ray for 2,000e when the Lottery was running, how easy would it be to get a metal element if say 100k+ players got Serpentarius?

I understand paying a lot of passes...if the Divine will pay itself back quickly, or has a really nice perk, such as Croesus. If you get a Croesus for 20 passes, it will pay itself back in approximately 1.6 years, assuming no 13ths fall on a Friday. Still takes a while, but it's not ten/fifteen years.

As far as I can tell, I won't be contributing passes to this Event. Any other sign for me except Scorpio would be completely useless, assuming all stays/is the same.

This is simply my personal opinion.
I will be waiting for some Divines to come out in the Reserved sales (hopefully with decent perks).
I have tried the Golden Fleece, but had no luck with it, so I don't think I'll be doing that again, anytime soon. I suppose I'll just have to save up HoPs for the next event that you can get points from opening them, or a chance of Divines when they decide to throw them in there.

I don't know kittygirl02, I think Cremello (and white) on some breeds on Howrse can look pretty close to Albino.

I've said it before and I'll say it again-

If these 12 nags each gave an element on THEIR birthday, this ridiculous game would sell a WHOLE LOT more passes. I for one was excited about this until finding out Howrse once again was going on the cheap with the so-called "prizes".

I would have spent 20-50 passes for TWELVE divines if I got an element every month. As it stands I will be spending NOTHING because one element a year is not worth it by a long shot.

Considering horse has been around for ten years and is now on the third set of designs for horses, is it crazy for me to believe that possible in the next 4-5 years or so we will see a whole new set of designs brought in? Or does my hypothosis makes sences?


And I am aware that this is not talked about anywhere else in the forum but I curious none the less.

It's likely. I want to say that when I started this account we were on V3 and then they recently changed to V4 like what, mid-last year or something? The 'western' breeds design I'm not a great fan of still and so far that's my only complaint other than the Friesians and Gypsies (serious, the feathering looks photoshopped on). Change is sometimes good, especially with graphic designing. They'll probably look more and more realistic with newer technology.

A suggestion I had made for the last survey, was that Howrse allow the players to submit designs for each breed, that we would then vote for. Because to be honest, most of the GA designs are far nicer than the ones that Howrse has created. Plus it would give the breeds more diversity in appearance and movement.
