If i recall, the friesian coats of the V.1/v.2 era didn't look at all like they do now. Any while i'm not a fan of the new graphic, i'm not going to out right say they are garbage. And i'm not going to say "Well i'm an artist and i could do better" That's rude. They did what they could, and yes their not perfect but it's a change we'll have to just live with

I've never been a fan of the Curlies but I have to say their foal graphic is pretty cute. It looks like a horse had a romance with a sheep. default smiley (lol)

I think it looks like the new quarter horse and Appaloosa.

Okay, I took one look at the Freisian, and personally for me, you could mistake it for any other horse. I LOVE the Friesians now, and I wish they wouldn't change them. The new freisians barely have any feathering. And all of the breeds don't have personality. Every one I see is just looking foward. And the muscles in the face, I can't say enough about how much I can't STAND THEM! Why Howrse why! The Shetlands now are possibly the cutest ever! But now, they're just looking forward, as every other breed is too.

But it does look at the least that the artists tried capturing the look of the breed. So all I got to say is, as others have said before me, kudos to the artists for trying.

I don't think they even looked at a QH. They`re supposed to be stalky, with a shorter back, and shorterish legs, and a heck of a lot more muscle. It looks like they tried with horses like the Akhal-teke, but in no way did they try on the QH

The shetland foal looks so realistic, all wobbly and sort of unsure, like real foals. default smiley (l) The curly.....I almost died. That's just TOO CUTE.

I can't seem to find a Newfoundland foal anywhere, Hopefully they look better than the adults.

To be fair that coat is supposed to represent several different breeds, not all of which look like a chunky QH, so maybe the artists tried to find a medium between all of them.
I kind of wish Howrse had made some coats to differentiate the QHs, Paints/Appy's and Criollos since I think they do look quite different from each other...

Yes, but QH`s, paints, and appys are all very similar. And no horse should have that thin and qeak of a neck, and a back that long could cause problems for a real horse, such as swayback. They should at least make it look healthy
