So the drafts will be the "prizes" in the Maze? Or how else will the players be able to buy/acquire them?

Sorry, but I've always been on a break when new breeds have entered the game. Or should head to the Game Play forum with such a general question? :P

You came to the right forum.

Percherons will be able to be acquired in gifts in the maze. The method for bringing the Shires to the game is unknown so far. Players will be able to breed them three times and sell drafts once they get them.

Sorry if this has been said already. It appears that once you get through the maze you cannot go further. It is a disappointment and I have suggested on test they change that.
By Retired breeder, 2nd May 2015 18:47:42
Could someone inform me on the information for the drafts? Like. I hear theyre supposed to be like donkeys and you will only be able to breed them 3 times? But what else?

Could someone please confirm or deny a second wave of HOP opening for piñatas who was on testing?

So, will we be seeing any new unis soon?
Because it's a sub for game spoilers. If you wanna talk about that, use your own EC forum.

The following is all the information that has been given out on Preprod *Note; Draft and Draught Horse are the same thing);

Click to display
Draught Horses:
A new type of horse is making their long awaited entrance on Howrse; the draught breeds.

The first horse from this new “species” is the Percheron!

Draught horses can:
- Receive the same items than Donkeys. *Though images of Draft Pegasus do exist - they can not be given Medusa's Blood at present time...this might change in the future*

The special coats of the following items will use the same image as horses and ponies:
- 5th Element
- Bewitched Pumpkin
- Seal of the Apocalypse

Draught horses can be equipped and take part in the same competitions as riding horses and ponies. The equipment is visible on the horse’s illustration. *see image*

Like donkeys the draught horses:
- Can only be bred with another draught horse
- Cannot breed more than three times during his life
- When a draught horse is put up for sale any issued but unused coverings are cancelled

Weight and feed
The need for fodder is larger with a draught horse than with other species
The requirement for oats works the same way as for horses or ponies.

Missions:
When a draught horse takes part in a mission:
He earns twice as many skills as a regular horse
His owner earns twice as many equus

The Equestrian Centre earns twice as many resources

The mission button on their page is slightly modified to show it’s doubled compared to other horses.

You can search draught horses in breeding farms, sales and in public coverings.
When you are looking for a covering for your draught mare the setting is automatically set to search for a draught horse of the same breed in exactly the same way as donkeys.

In the other direction, when looking for a covering for a classical riding breed you cannot select the setting to search for a draught horse.

Rankings:
The draught horses are ranked as any other type of specie.
Their ranking goes between the ones for ponies and donkeys.

Creative Space:
We add the opportunity of proposing creations for draught horses in the Creative Space.
On the Black pearl page the sentence “Draught horses aren’t accepted” is removed.
Trophies

The Percheron is added to the breed and coats for all breed trophies as well as creating a trophy in Talented Breeder => breeds.

The species is also added to the species trophy, species Golden Apple and retired Golden Apple trophies.

Species riding horse

To avoid unnecessary confusion the species “horse” is renamed “riding horse”. *and Drafts will be called 'Draft Horse'

This terminology is used on the horse’s page under species, in the horse’s breed description, in the search drop down menus, in the sales, when looking for coverings, in your breeding farms, trophies, species, in the rankings …

Help section
An entry is added for draught horses in the section 4.1 – breeding.
In the EC help under missions in section 2.3 an entry is also added

Best Regards
The Howrse Team

Images of a Percheron's page and the Breed's Page;

*bonus - Percheron Foal*

~*~
Also - we have found images of the Second Draft Breed, the Shire. However - other than these three images showing the three colors it comes in. Beyond this - Nothing else is known about this particular Draft at this time:

Who knows - though the only species that is currently without a Unicorn Form (almost typed 'Uniform') is the Lippizan...and Howrse usually waits until there are a couple of breeds without a Unicorn form before adding them via promotion.

Does anyone here know if the divine Frost will be in sales again anytime soon? I know this is a long shot, but i thought I might as well try
By Retired breeder, 2nd May 2015 21:54:27
@sammy no, it will not be in sales again. The waters will not be in sales but may come out other ways. Once in sales, they don't go back.

Then next rainbow divine coming out will be Lovely Blue, a prize in the maze. The maze will happen mid-late May. Lovely Blue will give birth to Forest Green. No rainbow divine is known beyond that except for Secret Rainbow, who we don't have a picture of.

Like WinterRose said, it wont be in sales, but it might be in other promotions or offers such as TC or HoPs.

Nope - at the time of the Water Divine sale, it was stated that it was the last time they would ever be offered in Sales (but that it would still be possible to get them by other means)

Also - don't forget that Frost is one of the Divines that one is given out Monthly ~ so you could always hope you are lucky enough to get one that way if Howrse doesn't bring them back in any other way.

Does anyone have any idea what promo is after the M_____?
@cloudless sky,

No. Nothing is known beyond the

Maze and Flower Fight events

All we know is that we are probably going to get some other sort of event to introduce the

Shire ~ as images have been found of this Draft Breed...but no other information

Also, on the subject of the M Promo. I mentioned earlier I would try to get a master calculation on it...I think I have come up with that.

Click to display
Okay, with the Maximum Recovery rate of 5% an hour - you can make 5 moves per day.

Following the 'White Dot' route ~ it is longer in terms of squares you must move BUT has the added benefit of picking up more treats (which give you 3 free moves each when found in the Maze)

In this image;

The Black Dots are moves made with Energy
The Green Dots are moves made by using Treats
The White Dots are the path through the maze
The Black Numbers signify where you should be at the end of the day (so for example - how on space R3 is the number 1...that means you should be at space R3 at the end of day 1)
*apologies to those who may be color-blind, I needed to use colors that I could easily see and Green and Black were it

Note - moving back to another space DOES take energy/a treat. This is why some spaces have more than one dot, to show that you need to return to that space and for a better count.

73 Moves made with Energy (73 / 5 = 15 (14.6 to be technical)
111 Moves made with Treats (37 x 3 = 111)
Total move count: 184

Total moves needed to reach Lovely Blue following a direct route: 231

the difference between the two: 47 moves

Now - Treats can be found on Level 3 of the Titan's Challenge. You will find between 6 to 10 treats on this level (so between 6 to 10 extra moves).

The Titan's Challenge sells for 2 passes each in the Black Market - so if you are lucky enough to make it to level 3 (as there is a chance you might fail) - you'll need any combination that will equal 47.

The ideal combination *that is, the one that will cost you the least amount of Passes* would be winning 10 treats 4 times, and 7 treats or higher once - for a total of 10 Passes (5 Titan's Challenges at 2 passes each)

The worst combination *that being the one that will cost you the most passes* would be winning the minimum of 6 treats each use. To reach the target amount of 47 ~ you need to use 8 Titan's Challenges (6 x 8 = 48) for a total of 16 passes.

In short - in order to complete this promotion By My Calculations - one would need a minimum of 10 passes.

Again though, these are just My Calculations ~ someone else might come up with different numbers than myself (I am in no way a Math Whiz -and this was done early in the morning for me so there may also be a factor of human error). Also, keep in mind that we do not know the exact lenght of time this promotion is running for. The actual amount could be higher or lower (as I've even heard one report of this being possible to do without needing to use anything but provided moves *unvalidated claim*)

very nice but

I think your count might be off, I was counting the black dots and got to over 70 before I even hit the bottom left corner following the path. Also a couple places the black and green colors are switched. It has lots of potential but I think just a couple tweeks might need to be made. Unless I am totally misunderstanding how each of these are suppose to be counted. Black are moves you make by your energy and green are from the treats, right?
By Retired breeder, 3rd May 2015 01:45:28
What is the likeliness of getting to lvl 3 of the TC?
By Retired breeder, 3rd May 2015 01:48:43
Question about your total
Click to display
is your total all the moves it takes to get through the path that you marked with the black and green dots? Or is it the straight through path not counting when the spaces are double or when you side stepped to the treat?
