So I went through and counted the tiles needed for LB on the white route. It's 291 long.

The added treats get you 109 moves.
The energy gets you 84.
So around 194 tiles without any passes spent.
I opened 100 TCs and recorded treats/no treats out of all of them and found that you get 2.83 treats per pass. Going off of that roughly you would need 34 passes at the very minimum to get her.

I'm really determined to get her but even I am considering just waiting her out for the sales if they refuse to change things. She isn't worth blowing 30-50 passes on.

I find that to be quite fair.

I'd value the horse to ~20 passes, the additional 14 are probably going to be covered up by the gifts given :P I'm going to go for it at least, but then again I'll be able to afford it with my diamonds I suppose :P

If you look at the prize list it's pretty slim pickings.
You'll get a couple of hera packs, maybe a SOA or a h.Gift and maybe a couple of percherons but nothing to write home about. I don't know how the market will react to the super limited percherons so they might be worth it.

This maze promo looks scary... there's no way I'd be able to navigate it even with the map and lots of TCs... I'm just going to concentrate on finding the percherons and the SOA.

Red Line is supposedly the shortest in terms of moves/spaces - but not the fastest. The White Dot map is said to be faster due to the treats.

When you use the eyeglass can you pick where on the map you want to see those 10 squares or is it only those squares around you when you use it?

And I figure it is in blocks of 10 squares not individual, but just want to verify that.

When used on those squares does it show treats, eyeglasses, and prizes the same as in the pictures above so you can see ahead that it's a treat or prize or eyeglass or does it just show the path?

1. It is the squares around you when you use it - and yes, it is a block.
2. Yes, it will show the other icons (Treats (red candy) - Gifts (Green present) - spyglass (eye))

so while everyone has a gift in the same spot, and there are the same types of gifts per board, the type of gift you get is not the same for everyone? If so, that seems a little unfair default smiley :s
Is it random or are there maybe 10 or so boards and it's random which one you receive?

The way gifts work is like this;

Everyone has the same map and gifts. For example - there is only 1 Seal of the Apocalypse to be found in the Maze...so everyone only has one on their map that they might find. There is no chance of a player finding two of these for example.

Gift wise ~ while everyone has gifts in the same spot (ex. cell S2 has a gift on my map, S2 will have a gift on your map, S2 will have a gift on Dr Zig's map, etc) - however, we might not find the same gift at that spot

You might find the Seal of the Apocalypse
I might find 50x Carrots
Dr Zig might find a Percheron

someone asked if things will be the same live, and ow answered saying that the maze will be the same but the prizes will be located in different spots. So every maze will be the same and I believe the treats and eyeglasses should be in the same spots (however that is not for sure for sure unless someone has a confirmation from ow) but the little presents you see right now will be moved around some.

That's essentially what I thought, but I wish it weren't like that. I don't have much luck so I'm bound to end up finding all the equus and whips default smiley (lol)

I'm still curious as to how it's "decided" what gifts you get though. Is it completely random, or are there perhaps a finite set of maps with different gift combinations and you are randomly doled one map at the beginning of the promo?
Maybe any of you on preprod could compare to see if you have the same boards? default smiley :d

Far as I know for now based on what I gathered...it probably will be random what gifts land where...

though my gut instincts tell me that things like the Seal of the Apocalypse, Titan's Challenge, etc (the 'good' items) will probably be closer to the exit of the maze rather than the beginning.

The gifts will be in random spots for everyone (so while everyone will have a gift in the same spot - it might not be the same thing)

In theory - yes, as the SoA could be right at the start of the maze for you, or it could be a little further in.
