I don't get
Click to display
how you have to select horses to go into the maze. Can you switch them out? Do they *actually* lose energy in your breeding farm, or is like a special copy of them made to participate in the maze? What "treats" are we talking about? How does their energy regenerate? How often does their energy regenerate? Is that based off of skills or GP? And is there a set time you can move your horse each day? Or is it like you could get your horse's energy down to 0 and then wait 24 hours to get it back to 100% and not waste any energy or something?
Or just a general explanation that makes it not so confusing?

Thank you whoever answers all my questions, there's quite a few default smiley xd

Satkin,

Click to display
When you start, you are shown a list of your horses - you choose the one you want to use from that list, or search for a different one (by default, it shows some of the ones with the highest energy regeneration rate):

*Notice that underneath it says how much energy the horse recovers per hour.

The recovery rate is based on the Skills of the horse (2% the least - 5% is the most). So a horse with a 5% per hour recovery rate would take 20 hours to get back to 100% energy. Since moves only take 20% - you can make 1 move every 4 hours for a total of 5 moves per day. If you can find Treats as you move in the Maze, you get extra moves that do not take energy.

The energy used is separate from the Horse's own energy BUT you can not care for or use the horse for anything else if you are using him for the Maze:

*Here's a shot of a horse I'm using - note his energy bar

while you can switch out your horse as often as you like, it will NOT replenish the energy - so if you switch the horse when the bar is at 20% energy, the bar will still be at 20% with the new horse.

I hope this makes things a bit clearer.

You select one horse to go through the maze. The higher the skills it has the faster it regains it's energy, to a max of 5% an hour (so it takes several hours to regain all energy.) Your horse needs 20% energy to move one space, or you can pick up candy in the maze that gives you 3 moves. You can move through the maze at any time so long as your horse has enough energy. You can switch out your horse for a different horse at any time, but the energy left to move through the maze is the same, (so you can't just switch horses and keep moving). They do not lose energy in your breeding farm, they just become unavailable to do anything with while they are in the maze, such as if you had a horse up for sale you can't take care of it or anything. Hope that helps explain things for you.default smiley :)

Ooh, okay it's making some more sense. Two more questions..

So you don't get any treats to start with, you have to find them in the maze to be able to use them?
And then, if your horse started with 100% energy, you could make 5 moves at once and wait anohter 20 hours and make 5 more moves? And kind of going with that question, how does your energy replenish? Does it replenish like every hour or every minute it replenishes with like a fraction of a percent? Hope I'm being understandable..

Okay, and then a question for you :P
Click to display
So are candies and treats the same things? I saw you said candies give you three moves, do treats do the same, or do they give less, or something?
Click to display
Yes candies and treats are the same. I guess they are officially called treats but they look like a candy in a wrapper to me.default smiley (lol)

Click to display
Correct - you only start with a full bar of 100% energy. Treats can be found as you progress through the maze (They will also be offered on Level 3 of the Titan's Challenge later on in the Promotion supposedly according to a translated spoiler I found).

Correct - or you can wait 4 hours and make a move every time you have the 20% energy needed to do so. The replenishment happens every hour at the rate the horse's skills allow (so if your horse's skills are high enough to be at the 5% mark - you'll recover 5% every hour (so in 4 hours, you'll have enough to make a move again or you can wait 20 hours and make 5 moves at once).

And yes Candies/Treats/Sweets are all the same thing - some translations just gave different words...but they all do the same thing (allow moves without using Energy)

The way they work is;

Click to display
When you find a Spyglass (as they are called in the English Translation - but they are the same thing) - if you click on it, it reveals on your map 10 squares to help you move more easily.

The following is a screen shot of this in action:

Notice the mini-map only has 2 spots currently showing.

And here it is after picking up the Spyglass:

*ignore the French text - parts of the promo were not translated when I took these shots

And here's a shot of the big map after picking up the Spyglass:

In my opinion - it's not actually all that complicated.

Click to display
The most complex thing about it is probably just navigating and keeping an eye on your map to make sure you are not going to hit a dead-end (many shots of a fully-revealed map have been released, some with a path to the finish outlined to make it easy to follow).

It's pretty straight-forward once you start playing it:

Choose a horse - click an arrow to choose your direction - if you find a treat, spyglass, or gift - click it to pick it up - wait for your energy to replenish - repeat.

I also find that it's a nice relaxing promo as there are no click-times you need to worry about (like with Pinatas or the Magic Ride).

The end of his tail is probably in between his legs.

I'm loving that we don't have to

Click to display
Wait for certain times to move forward, how we could move all at once. Definitely better than waking up at 3 am for pinatas, though we will have to track when it reaches 100% so we don't lose time
