Hops aren't used for maze(right?)

I was referring to this promo we are currently doing.

I am on the test server and haven't got to the "helping hand" part so no one can calculate just how many BM items you will need to use. It is all speculation and I don't like to speculate.

How many do you think I will need to get to the greyfell?

How about the treats? They give 3 moves each time? Or you can get less than 3?

You were just told that "how many" would be useless speculation at this point, weren't you? Need coffee or sleep? default smiley :d

Answer about the candy:

One found candy contains 3 treats, and each treat is worth one move. I have neither seen nor heard anything about the numbers changing.

To get to number 19 of the pinatas the last time I had not used very many as most of the HOPs I used were at the very end, last pinata. It is speculation as it depends on how smart you were throughout the promo.

Hi, you do not know whether it is registered on howrse prepord?
If you get a divine on Prepod (I'm planning to get a VIP account sometime this week) does it transfer to your normal howrse account?

Sorry, I'm not sure whether this should be in events or the questions forum so I decided to play it safe.

Nope. Absolutely nothing transfers back.

No, what's on preprod stays on preprod. Otherwise that would give you a very unfair advantage over people who aren't on it, considering I believe that you get free passes/equus to use on there.
ugh where are the hop points. grrrrrrr

Ohh I'm so stupid default smiley xd I asked about 'Lente' but that's how Spring is called in Dutch, I didn't realize default smiley xd Okay so my question again:
Does anyone know if Spring will be back in sales anytime soon? Or in something like Horn of Plenty, Titan's Challenge or Golden Fleece after Summer? I really want to have Spring for my equstrian center to be able to offer 1-day boarding (on the Dutch server) default smiley ;)

Spring was in sales last month or earlier this month, if memory serves. So no. As far as we know there is no other way at this time.

Hold on..

someone said the maze would take about 34 days to complete, someone said it was less then half of that. That's, um 16 days or less? Seems really short to me...how long is it on prepod?

If I recall, it was an estimate to finish the promo entirely without the use of passes. Not that the promo itself is that long.

Honestly I think everyone has a different map ( or some people share the same , you get the idea) I could swear my map is different to the one posted from France , Ofcorse I may be wrong .
If we all have a different map no one knows how long it will take . Could be shorter for some than it is for others default smiley :)

16 days is my count from when Preprod started to when it says it ends...but to complete the whole thing-

Click to display
By my count (which may be a little off) - from start to finish, it takes 230 moves to reach Lovely Blue.

You can make a maximum of 5 moves per day (if you have the max. recovery rate of 5% per hour - it takes 20 hours to get to 100% - which gives you 5 moves as each move take 20% energy)

As such - without using any treats, passes, and knowing the exact route to take (so barring errors) - it would take 46 days to complete the event.

Now - following the shortest route, I found 11 Treats are on the path.

it's been my experience in testing that each Treat gives 3 additional moves. This is 33 free moves - so in a way, you only need to 'pay energy for' 200 moves. Though 200 moves still takes 40 days.

On Preprod - this promotion is running for 16 days for a total of 80 moves with energy alone. Add in the treats (assumed to be +3 each) you find following the shortest route (which is 4) - and that's a total of 102 moves. Still not enough to complete the event by my calculations - but if anyone on Preprod/here wants to crunch some numbers themselves ~ I'll gladly provide the images I used to calculate this with.

Actually ~

Click to display
Everyone has the same map, so can follow the same route (I have a visual representation of the route on a screen shot, and am working on a text-based one based on the cells.

What does differ between the Maps is the Gifts. While everyone has Treats, Spyglasses, and Gifts in the same spots (so everyone has a gift at cell S2) and has the same gifts (so each person only has one Seal of the Apocalypse on their board for example) - not everyone will get the same gift at the same point. Take spot S2 on the map for example again:

Someone got 30x Leather
Another got 50x Carrots
I got a 2** Classical Bridle

I guess I'll be spending all my money on iTunes cards for the maze. Even though I only get 6 passes per $15..

I mean, I have nothing else to buy anyway. I don't have a part time job yet so until then I guess it's alright to spend money on my source of entertainment. Besides, the HOPs and TCs will give me a bunch of BM items that are worth more than 1 or 2 passes. default smiley :)

Thanks for doing all that math for me default smiley xd
So no Blue for me unless I spend a fortune of passes (which isn't happening because I don't have that many default smiley xd)
