Jewelry and slightly altering a dress... Yeah, I haven't made a Schleich craft in forever. Once I clean out under my bed, some will go back into the barn, I'll get rid of stuff I don't want, and then maybe I'll be into it enough to make some stuff.

(Under my bed is where my barns, a plastic container of random stuff, my old Melissa and Doug horses, and a whole ton of other placeless stuff. My closet's not too much better. It could be months before I clean it out... Sigh. And then I need to make a comfy spot near the edge of the bed for my cat...)

Sorry, chromed, I've never made racing tack. I might, just to try it, but I don't have TB or anything that could pass as such. Well... Maybe I could have a QH type TB, but she's well past her racing days default smiley (lol)

I'm way excited for my beach vacation (though it's two months away still...) and I'd like to take a few horses... But I don't know which... I'm hesitant to take a custom, because mod podge isn't waterproof, but most likely I won't take them to the actual beach.

Simply get some felt, the model horse you want the blinder to be on, some sicssors, velcrow, and string. Cut out a piece of felt that will fit over the front of the horses face, then take the sissors and cut out two eyeholes, then take two pieces of felt and glue them above the eye holes. Next take the string, put some velcrow on one end of it, then put the opposite piece of velcrow on one side of the blinder, then cut the string to the proper length and wrap it under the horses head until it reaches the other side of the blinder. Glue the string on, and u r done! Hope this works out for you!default smiley ;)

oh gosh... Either the newer Knabstrupper mare or the new mustang Stally. They would both look good on customs, I think.
By Retired breeder, 12th April 2016 10:47:57
ILoveBreyerA, that's a Knabstrupper, unless it's really old.
