You can make almost anything out of duct tape, that's why I have at least 15 rolls in the house at all times

I bet I could make a blanket similar to a Schleich one. We have all kinds of plaid fabric. (A good portion is dull, ugly, old-fashion colors, but plaid!) and I have my selection of 20+ different colors of 3mm silk ribbon to select from... I also have some Velcro. It's sticky backed, so it's a pain to use since I need to cut it, and it leaves stick on the scissors, and it's a tiny bit bulky, but I bet I could make a decent blanket anyways.

I like 3 mm ribbon too! The perf size! I sound like Barbie all the sudden! Do you used the crimped form? |

Sorry not sure what you mean by crimped. It's just regular flat 3mm ribbon.

I use 1/8th inch or 3mm. I get the stuff from walmart. Its like 48 cents per spool of 10 yards.
