Right now I ride only TB's but for awhile I showed reallly nice QH's. Those were the days :/ Then I leased a TB while people were trying to sell him, so that I could get him out to shows. He was an ex-racehorse, but he didnt really look like it. He had more of QH build. He was a dream to ride.

Hi everyone i'm sorta getting a horse (around 25-32 years old) from rescue place, she is halter trained and i can groom her and take her for walks () but i would like to train her to have me sit on her and ride her, the place says she's been ridden before and i would like to break her in slowly. I wouldn't show, only trails at a walk. I don't have too much gear so i'd like to train her bareback with a halter and 2 lead ropes, please post back, I will accept all advice thanks!

Bravos is a Foundation Morgan. Pitch Black - He's my perfect darling and gentleman.

Verity is an off-the-track Thoroughbred. My heart and reminder of one's mortality.

Crest was a grade horse from a PMU farm. Bit of Arabian, Paint, Morgan and QH.
Jay Feather was also an off-the-track Thoroughbred and ex-stud.
Medallion was a Morab. (50% Morgan x 50% Arabian) Way too smart.
Hickory was a Quarter Horse.
