I don't own a horse but I do ride a mare that we think is a Thoroughbred due to the background we've been told [former race horse, won a few races, has a lip tattoo( many Quarter Horses do not race and are rarely lip tattooed according to one of my family members)]. My mare Kaylee is trakehner and my stud Angel is lipozaner-hanoverian. So their foals Astra and Misty are trakehner-lipozaner-hanoverian. I'm thinking of buying another horse. I would probably go on competitions with him/her because I miss competitins a bit. I mean I love to gallop on our hills and aroud the lake 1000000 times more but I would like to go on some events. I just don't have brave to do it with horses which I have now because my first horse fresian Caballo died on dressage show because of injury and I still think its my foult and I'm afraid that it's going to happend to Kaylee or Angel (this is my worst nightmare). Has anyone any idea which bred would be best to buy? I hope you don't think I'm some spoiled little girl which gets all what she wants and it's weird that I'm going to buy horse only for competitions which I don't even like so much because I won't buy this horse only for competitions and I'm going to treat him/her as good as I treat my other horses I just won' be so attend to him/her because if I would be I couldnt go on competitions whith him/her because I would be to scared that he/she would died.
