Actually hoping someone here may have some guesses as to what Proxy is. Laredo is the rose grey quarter horse (He's actually taller than Proxy but the cement is not 1 lvl/even) Proxy has huge muscular legs, very thick body and his muzzle is thicker than Laredo's and thicker than our Arab in my avy that we just said goodbye to... Here's our other new horse, Tootie (I call her Tootsie) Again, uneven cement so her shoulder looks real high from the hips... slopes down from the barn, likely for runoff and it's set into a hill... She has a similar muzzle thickness/size to Proxy but her build is different (Yes, she was a broodmare) Honestly I have just been too nervous to ask the previous owners daughter-in-law because I am not sure if she would know and it was hard for the family to give these horses up as they were very loved and the 2 horses the owner kept while he was dying... I don't want to bother her with questions. We love the 2 new family members... They are new additions to Laredo the QH, Princess the "class b pony" who is a bay tobiano pain in color... and made it easier for Laredo and Princess when we had to let Jade the sorrel Arabian go. (Last time Laredo lost a herd member it left him alone in the pasture besides the goats Mom had kept when she sold off the stock, we hadn't gotten Jade or Princess yet and Laredo grieved terribly.) So can anyone shed light as to what breed or mix our 2 new family members are?
