They can ask from 1 to 3 items to complete their outfit. You must give them exactly what they're asking for to gain more coins  .
Note: If you don't give them the exact item(s) they want, you will still win coins, but less. The number of coins you win will depend on the number and the type of items the customer was asking for. There are a total of 8 levels. When enough customers are satisfied, the store levels up and unlocks new outfits and more customers per day. The number of customers that come in daily increases when you level up your store. You can also get divine fragments at the rider’s store  .

Hi guys i just started this game and barley have any horses and dont know how to join a team, if someone could help me out that would be great.

We will probably get 2000-2500 coins by the end of this, as a full one usually gives around 3500. The final set gives something like 39 per piece, so it really starts to add up towards the end

Patience, newish players. The items you use for crafting can seem valuable at first, but you'll have no trouble with using them the next time this event rolls around.
For now, enter your horses in comps for equus and work on building up your meadows so you can raise the expensive cows on large plots. Craft clothing if you are okay with using those items, but feel free to skip that. The events are decent about giving you items for free, so just do what you can and enjoy what freebies you get. This game takes a while to get going on, and there will be other events (you might want to save up your passes as black friday and Christmas are usually great)

Well, the prizes aren't all that great but at least we can avoid getting the stupid companions.

Is there a limit on how many riders can stack as waiting to be dressed, or could I theoretically stop playing for 5 days and have 20 riders waiting to be dressed? I did this last time and because I 'didn't log on' they stopped stacking... so I wouldn't risk it! I lost out on like 30 riders

I think it says something that I've had a rider waiting since day 1 and I STILL haven't gotten the item he wants despite doing all missions and comps

So far I've gotten 11 riders sorted wiith the next one in 1 and a half hours, would you guys say Im on track or am I never gonna get that ow's apple (I dont wanna spend passes for it though)

Give him something else. I dont mind so much using tack resources flax, carrots etc but why is almost everything requires aging points.. i guess i would for divine i want.

Anyone else wondering (or experiencing) why it says I will get a new rider every 4 hours but my clock counter says the next rider will arrive in 4h 57minutes? That is more like every 5 hours or who knows how long depending on when my last rider arrived.

I just checked the log and I'm getting my riders at 6 and 7 hours apart when it says they should arrive every 4 hours.

I just checked the log and I'm getting my riders at 6 and 7 hours apart when it says they should arrive every 4 hours. Is your progress meter showing your working on level 3, or level 4? If it shows level 3, you don't yet have a rider every 4 hours, as that's the reward you're working towards.

Good morning, I have a problem with dressing customers, after clicking the required outfit (which I have), it only shows make and buy. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Has anyone else been struggling to access the game since this event started? Can't load anything on desktop (site cante be reached errors) and very temperamental on mobile, extremely slow when it does load. Can't get daily objectives done let alone the event. Very frustrating. All other sites are fine, just howrse severs giving issues

A tip if you are struggling to figure out which clothes are a set.
Each full set of clothing contains a hat, top, and pants/boots. The pieces of each set mirror each other's placement on their respective menu. So, if you can't quite tell which item you need, look at the rest of the set and note where it sits on its menu. The item in the same place on the other menu's is the rest of the set. For example: Say your rider has a hat. Go to the hat menu and find the identical hat. It is in the middle of the second row. That means the top and the pants that you need to find will also by in the middle of the second row on their respective menus.

The coins definitely start to pick up as the event goes on. I was really thinking it would be impossible to get anything good but we're 3 days in and I have almost 200 coins; and I haven't even unlocked the final two costume levels which give even more coins.
Granted, I know this one will have less of a take-home because it's so short, but I can probably at least get a couple of Wanderer's Spirits. Really doubting the apple though. I only have 12 customers out of 80, and there's just a week or so left of the event.

I'm also doubting the apple, as we are 25% into this event and we aren't even at 20% of the goal. I know it should pick up when we reach the final timer, but it's really not looking promising.
That's my problem with these shorter events, they aren't properly reduced when it comes to the end goal, leading to very little room for error. It doesn't help that this event is one of the more expensive ones to catch up on, as only the clothes get reduced, never the cost of the riders. The cost really will add up if you fall behind and need to buy some.

For reference as well, you can figure out the current percentage of the customers by taking the amount you've dressed and x it by 1.25.

I just calculated it and you should be able to get it just about, but also maybe not, like if you’d get the apple you’d get it on the last day probably, if you dont spend any passes and also have no hickups in your game like idk bugs with the people requesting clothing. I’m not a math wizard but thats what I got out of it, I’m currently on 18 people and thats 22,5% done for the apple so far

I more enjoy the longer promos. This one is over next week already, and I feel we barely started getting on speed.

hint if you have to give someone something they don't want. each type has 2 like there are 2 witch hats 2 pirate pants, if you can't give the one they ask for like pirate hat 1 try to give pirate hat 2. it won't give as many points as pirate hat 1 but will give more than let's say witch hat2. also there are one's that are obviously going to be hard to get. when you get those only use them when the kid asked for 2 or 3 items.
