They can ask from 1 to 3 items to complete their outfit. You must give them exactly what they're asking for to gain more coins  .
Note: If you don't give them the exact item(s) they want, you will still win coins, but less. The number of coins you win will depend on the number and the type of items the customer was asking for. There are a total of 8 levels. When enough customers are satisfied, the store levels up and unlocks new outfits and more customers per day. The number of customers that come in daily increases when you level up your store. You can also get divine fragments at the rider’s store  .

I just leave them waiting, unless they are required for the next level. In that case, I just throw at them what I have the most of if I don't have what they want.

in the past, if we are out of a particular piece of clothing we could get one in exchange for a piece of tack or BM item or something.
why is it this time that two days ago i was able to use bell boots to exchange for three items, but now those same items require 12 passes?

If you don't have any, there should be a blue icon on the left for the clothing, which will allow you to craft it if you have the item(s) and haven't crafted 3 already today.

I really wish they used the same timings on all the server. On AU, I'm at 27/80, while here I am 29/80. AU is about to get another rider, but it's still more than 1 behind the other servers that I am on. I'm not sure if I just messed up the timing or something, but I was on within the first hour and had the kids all dressed up, and I made a point to always get on whenever the next timer was coming up. I'm honestly worried that, with how tight this promo is going to be, that I ain't going to be able to finish.

This decision doesn't make any sense to me. It just makes some servers being behind some other ones for no particular reason. If they really want to pin the timer to some specific date or time of the day, why not use the time the event started? It starts at the same time on every server, so like this it would be equal for every server.

So my 'log in every day' counter for the event has reset to day 1, despite me logging in yesterday and receiving the 100e breeder's wealth to prove it... anyone else have this issue? Is it worth reporting?

Yesterday was the 5th day, so it has reset to allow us to get it again. It's not a bug.

It's probably because of the timing. This event started on Wednesday instead of Thursday, so today would have usually been the loyalty bonus had it have started on Thursday.

I'm now halfway to getting the coins I need for the prizes I want, so I'm still a little skeptical but more optimistic on that front than I was.
The apple, though, certainly not. I'm not even halfway. Even with the 3 hour timer I don't see how it's possible. Mostly I wish I'd get some of the Mummy costumes I unlocked yesterday requested. They give more coins, but nobody wants them and they all just keep asking for the same 9-coin skeleton hat and 13-coin witch hat.

Im here hoping that they ask for something that I have and then atleast two items, but no, Ive got two people now that need things I dont have and if I bought the items that they need (or like create) it would cost me about 20k in equus that I dont really have spare, plus I already created 2 things today :| I really dont have many mummy costume items Im on 29 right now (would be 31 if I can just get these two people sorted, but Im gonna wait until atleast tomorrow so that I hopefully dont have to spend a lot of equus)

Oathkeeper -- (im unable to quote your answer above because you quoted me) any further insight to why creating the clothing items cost passes when it only cost bell boots a couple days ago? thank you so much for your answer but it didnt actually answer the question. questions wasnt how to craft new clothing, is was that crafting costs passes whereas three days ago it cost only bell boots. im stumped LOL

Cause they are two different things, right next to eachother tho, so easy to get that mixed up, none of mine when I click on the create clothing show passes, even those that I created before

I actually *knock on wood* haven't had an issue yet with this. All my riders have gotten exactly what they wanted, and I've been able to craft things I don't have. Maybe its because I get on like once a day?
I have 34/80 for the Ow's apple, so fingers crossed I'll be able to get there. I'm pretty sure I missed out on a few riders already by letting the maximum build up.

I think Ow's apple won't be something we can trade, and since I don't collect GA like coats it ends up in storage if I would win it.

When i used to sell a few horses. i put coats i didnt like on horses i sold. Right now im going to get sunset moth if i get to 80 or i would have to wait for her to come visit me.
