[Event] Mazes: Interstellar spaceship

Mazes

The Mazes event is back with 7 mazes to complete. Can you find a way out? Let's find out!

The paces gauge stays common to all mazes, and won't fill up when you enter a new maze. This system was implemented during the previous edition, and has been kept so that the event is fairer for all players. However, the contest balance has been adjusted so that this edition is not more difficult to finish than previous ones. Thus, there are only 7 labyrinths against 8 before.

How to play?

Make your way through the mazes thanks to your horses! Choose your moves wisely and use treats to collect prizes on your way out of the mazes.

To move inside a maze, you need paces. You can get them:

By buying treats.

Throughout the day, you get 1 pace every 2 hours.

In the mazes you can find:

Gifts

Treats

Square-revealing boosters

Obstacles

Fragments of a divine horse

Jackpot

Complete the 7 mazes to win the brand-new Precious Metals starry aura.

Turn your horse into a Star and win fragments of the divine horses from the Precious Metals series.

The new divine

Lorel Cattalian is one of the Extraterrestrial horses.

Get fragments from this new divine horse by playing the Mazes event, in the Tyche's Crowns, or by completing your Daily Objectives.

Has anyone done the calculations to figure out if we can run through the event for free (with/without going out of the way for frags) assuming we don't let the meter fill?

didn't previous Maps events give us full moves when we moved to a new Map? I was expecting to have my moves filled when I moved to Map 2 but nope

Yes, they did, as explained here.

I can't find the key to the first maze? I see mazes 2 to 7 on the spoiler page but not the first one. Am I going mad?

There isn't one for the first maze.
It shows fully on the mini-map on your screen and it's not really possible to take a bad turn in that one

remember the way down (like straight ahead on the big room is the way the arrow on the little map is pointing. and when you hover over an arrow on the big room it will highlight on the little map where clicking on that arrow will take you.

If we are little losers and don’t find a single candy, then by gradually charging the moves we will get about 190 moves. It seems to me that even if we find candy it will not be enough to complete the passage

Yeah, the green path is moves made with paces (the regen bar) while the yellow is moves made with treats.

Thankfully there is no companions I need this time around so I can just try and finish each maze as fast as possible and not worry about the other gifts
