This thread is here to show off your Retired Coats. This is not the place to post non retired coats. **The two exceptions would be coats that have been pulled (brief discussions) and the pre release coats.

REMEMBER:

******** absolutely no sales talk, no talk about spares or how many extras of a copy you got and selling them to fund your RC habit this is just a place to talk RCs

* although links and graphics are ok on this thread, they are not allowed normally on public forums

* any negative or unkind comments on artists or coats (or anyone!) will be removed, and depending on the case, it might mean an instant forum ban.

* DO NOT use this as a place to sell your horse/coats-if you feel the need to break this rule, it will mean an instant forum ban...

** Sales ads are NOT allowed in any public forums. Asking for spare coats will now be considered a sales ad. This includes stating that you plan to sell a coat, or point out coats for sale in sales.

* Do not use this place as a spot for rants or complaints-About coats/BG/or each other.

* This is not the place to ask players to price your coats, or to ask others the worth of a coat, you can check uses on your own by hovering your mouse over the gray apple and price it from there.

* This is not the place to bring up the subject of stolen images. Keep in mind that the rules of the BP used to be very different, and many old coats are from that time.
There is not any reason to bring that up, or report the coats.

*Please do not do a coat countdown for soon to retire coats.

* Please do not post coats that are currently in the GA and have either not retired, or will never retire.

* Please do not post coat/bg combos or ask opinions on them, except following coat release.

* Some coats may be removed in the future, whether that be for problems with the coats itself or just because they're clearing room on the server to allow other coats to be uploaded - if you're buying retired coats, please keep that in mind. If you want a permanent copy, I would recommend saving the graphic to your computer

* How to discover who many uses a New GC coat will retire-There is now a coat countdown in the GA, and it will show how many have been used and how many uses there are left.

** There is now a new creations directory which shows all coats. Go to Community>>>Directories>>>Creations>>>Click more criteria, and on the left hand side is a gold and silver apple. Click the silver apple and search to see all retired coats.

* To see who created/how many uses/name/or if you have it already of a RC coat, simply click on the silver apple, and it will tell you.

*** Posting links to other player's coats is NOT allowed and can mean a forum ban.

Shorti, if you click on the golden apple icon in the horse's items section, it will take you to the page for that coat...

Thanks Famousamos. It has 6 left in the game. Can't believe I won it in auction. I had no competition. No one was there at closing. I guess it's the only good thing about there hardly being anyone left on Howrse. The bad thing, well, not many to buy from.

Accidental eary waking on my part, thought maybe I should try getting a coat or two. Is there a certain way people do this? I went to the "choose coat" page for my horse, refreshed the page at 5:00, and the coat disappeared immediately, do they really go that quick? I didn't even have a chance

For some reason it uploads exactly 5 minutes after it says it does, so 5:05 for you. The same thing happened to me the first time I tried catching a release! Apart from that, switching through the buttons instead of reloading the whole page can help sometimes because it's quicker to load.

I actually watched the time it took for the 100 use peggy and draft and it was about 2 minutes 15 seconds until both retired! That's two new RCs for me- I think the 200 use peggy will retire within the next couple of days. All the coats this release are so pretty.

Ah, that explains it! Yeah, I've never done this before, and I really wanted the winged draft to get my trophy, so I was disappointed when it disappeared!

Interesting that it takes a few minutes for the 100 copies, I thought they'd go in seconds! Thank you for the tips!

Tip - Save the 100 copy coats to your favorites within the early release time slot as you can see them, then wait on the coat page and select "limited edition" a minute or two in advance, then quickly tick "added to my favorite creations" when it goes to 5 minutes past the hour, and the coat should be there if there are copies left.

These are just a few of my favorites this year. I just love how this game incorporates artists with the game. It adds a unique twist that other games lack and the results never fail to amaze. I don't know about anyone else, but I truly look forward to voting on creations to see the potential releases. So much fun! default smiley (l)

I totally agree! It's the creations on here that kept me interested to always come back to be honest. Big respect for all the creators out there spending hours to make gorgeous coats!

I've been waiting for a limited winged draft horse coat for ever and the one week I don't have WiFi it's when it's coming out default smiley xd so gutted. Hope there will be more. The cost this month were absolutely gorgeous!

Would you guys like to have a blast to the past?

This Pre-CS is Bloody Marry with over 3000 original uses, but now there are currently only 597. She is one of my favorites.



If you search up this RC coat the creator is unknown. That is because her account was deleted long ago. How do I know this? I happened to find her on instagram, I was following her and she started talking about her first character and how it was a coat on Howrse! How cool is that?! It's a small world!
