If I may ask, but why are people so disappointing and feel it's a waste if they get a Black Market item like a POC? It may not be the best, but at least you got a Black Market item. You still got your pass value.

I guess it just seems like a big let down.I don't buy passes and so HOP's are so rare that when I get them and open them,I feel disappointed that i didn't get something better.But that is just my opinion.

This is why I rarely buy hops anymore. I only really get them when a horse is offered. I have all the Grand Prix Bonuses and a ticket so they're more or less a good pass waster
