Ok, so I got Effect of the Tornado bounus in my HOP and was wondering if this bounds is not just a one time thing for the Grand Prix?

I have opened 12-13 HoPs and have had no luck with huanglong
I did win an Aphrodite's years though to add to my collection *rolls eyes* My brother won Klein 1st try when they were in HoPs and I soon shenma 2nd try in a titans challenge but no luck with huanglong
