When they lose their Calves at the end of the month for cutting comps. - they will earn back some leather.

But all ECs can raise Cows on their meadows. They take 30 days to grow, and are a 1 time Harvest.

And it has been confirmed by the Admins - Rain has no effect on Leather Production (So you'll get the same amount of Leather with or without her)

A date no - however, the Time line states at the end of February (so I'd say sometime within the last week of the month)

Well, first there'll be Croesus and Balios in the TCs, then the long awaited February update, and the GC should start back up in March. Not sure about actual promos. (Maybe one for the Draughts?)
