I do believe all the testing was on the new updates. My thinking is they will be set before any promos, this is a rather large update after all.

During that promo, the horses that we tacked up did not match the ones on the game.

(A pity, though, I loved those coats.)

I really really would love a Croesus and Xanthos, but with the amount of passes people are spending on sleipnirs and my limited luck I doubt that will happen default smiley :s

That's from - I believe the most recent 'The Horse Parade' promotion.

The horses used for that - at the time - were not of actual breeds on the game.

However, shortly after that promotion...I seem to recall a poll came out about the graphics used, and then we got the current set of images.

If you look at that one...it's actually very similar to the current coat for the PSH and other breeds:


In short - that image is not a new breed, just a generic horse image (kind of like the ones in the heading image of the Best Horses ranking)
