I am just...beyond annoyed with Howrse at the moment. Really? Really now? Yet again you're offering a divine in an item *that we will need for something else real soon*??
That is a low blow and disgustingly greedy. I really hope this is not a new pattern for future events.

Bang...  Well it happened.. I think I'll be ok this time!  Seconding starry97 as this divine in a TC thing messes up any chance I have in the next promo if I decide to go all out. At least I won't have to go to a W.P.A meeting today ("Wasting Passes Anonymous")

Is it still a Spoiler to say the M... word? Because actually Howrse has written it themselves in the new features thing, when you click at the "Trophies for Events" you can clearly read that they wrote the M... is the next Promo Yes, though it is mentioned - as the M_ is not *yet* on the game...all details of it are still spoilers (not to mention, it seems a lot of people don't even bother to look at the change log so chances are high, it'll just go unnoticed by many)

I think I'll be ok this time! I just wish it were Lovely Blue that was in the TC. That would have been a good investment.

I don't care about the Rainbows in the TC (got them all anyhow)
Personally, and this is just my thoughts on it if I didn't have all the Rainbows already; Click to display I'd let this event pass me by and save my passes/TCs for the maze. Yes, the perk of the rainbows is more of a guarantee than the Egypt Divines...but the Egypt team is more useful in the long run because: 1. Skills can be improved, making them better for competitions 2. You get something every day (even if it is only skill points, or something small like equus/APs) 3. Chance of getting a larger pay-off (P. Stone = 3 passes, HWS = used to get almost any item, saving you between 1 to 6 passes depending on what you use it for) Yes, the Rainbows do possess a VIP perk - but if you are not a VIP, that's a moot point. If it was a Reserved Sale (a guaranteed way of getting the Divine) - maybe I'd go for them...but as a chance, nah. But again, that's just my thoughts on the subject.

I agree with Shorah. The only reason I went after Cool Carrot was because I had extra passes (and have like 20 TCs stocked up) and I really want his VIP bonus for training/blupping horses.
So unless you do have extra resources and can really use the VIP perk, then I'd pass on it. Click to display The Stones and Staffs given by Horus and Thoth are worth more than one measly diamond per week any day. I just wish Howrse wouldn't do this... Or at least put the Divines in the item(s) that we *don't* need for the next promo...

My experiences with some of the other divines and how seldom their perks trigger leaves me very skeptical. I have definitely noticed a trend of there being a big luck item promo right before a promo that uses that luck item. It's a very smart way to clear out player inventory of those items which will lead to more pass sales. |

Click to display On PreProd I had Horus for about a week and I got a stone from him once. I didn't get anything from Thoth, but I'm sure he would have given something out soon as well. It's good for them, but not for us. And especially not for the people who don't read this forum and don't know that you'll need that item. It's just an underhand move to get more money- which banks on greed and is getting ridiculous. How much money do the higher-ups at Ubisoft think we players actually have??

As much as I want Cool Carrot, I am not willing to spend my hard earned passes on gambles like TC..
I wish they put up more reserved sales for divines but eh.. I'm not risking it To those joining the TC, Good luck to you all!
