That is something from the UK version. It's like shutterfly's splint boot.

If like all promos, it would be on a weekend, and this promo had three weekends, and they are using this one for the SoA and BP, so like my last post, my guess is next weekend default smiley 8-)

Though these are guesses and it is not confirmed

No it isn't the shutterfly. Shutterflys look like they are jumping and have a bay coat, with a star or sock.

It's a special boot limited to the English server only. Give like +20 in the skills. Pretty cool.

Silver Puppy, the British server has an item that is like the shutterfly, that no one else has.
She just used it for an example.

It's from the UK server and is called High Kingdom's Splint Boot default smiley ^) It gives at least a +20 bonus in each skill

At this time - we do not know just when (or IF) these Divines/Legendary Horses will be offered in the Sales or some other kind of event, nor how much they would cost. Sales have been happening at random (look at the recent run of Sping and Fall) and with little to no warning. All we can do is wait and see.
