Spyder, thanks! I wanted to know that but I asked someone and he/ she said that wasn't 100% clear
There can never be any guarantees but based on my experience I am usually right 90% of the time.

It's possible in the future there might be ways to get missing tack - but at present time, nothing is on the radar.
It's up to you what you do though - personally, I recommend wait and see before opting to give the tack to a horse. This way, if a way to get missing tack DOES come along - you have more control over which horse you wish to transform (rather than potentially being stuck with a horse you don't want to transform and now can't get rid of due to it wearing a single piece of tack).

It seems to be only those four Candy Item that one can craft based on what I've found. Again though - that assuming its a legit screen cap - as while its confirmed that we will be able to craft candy in a work shop, I have no confirmation about how much/what kinds.

Just wondering if anyone knows yet...

Regarding B; it says if he's bought with the pack he'll be more likely to agree to be petted - I'm wondering how and when it's possible to buy the pack, if anyone has any idea yet?

Unfortunately, unless you're in the UK (or Europe in general I think), packs won't be available. If you are, packs are usually available around the time the promo starts. (Correct me if I'm wrong lucky people!)

Same here. Really bites, but we believe it's mostly the International shipping fee. Think someone mentioned looking into it and it'd cost us an extra $30 for shipping alone. So think of it as a blessing and a curse

MoonRider1691,
That's rubbish. Howsre could have easily created a virtual pack without including the figurine so I'm not buying such nonsense. They're just giving the European players a better advantage.

Lots of friends would be good.
A lot of passes..actually no.
Just need a lot of HOPs. Only 1 pass is asked for in the promo objectives and a pass horse will do for that one.
So in essence if you plan now you don't have to spend a single cent of real money.

I wonder why Howrse didn't offer a virtual pack to areas where the Legendary Pack is unavailable. One imagines it would bring in a nice amount of money.

Hard to say, and you're correct, it would have benefited the game and created more revenue. It would have made sense to create a virtual pack for different continents. The way I see it, it's their loss.

That is true. They could have, but they chose not to. I don't find an actual figurine an advantage. The only advantage they would have is the little additional thing the Divines have. Which honestly should be applied to all the divines in the set, not just the bought ones.
I don't believe though that this is the first time a certain thing was only available in Europe. Weren't the very first cards only found in European stores?
