I don't think the donkey's will be scrapped; the coats are probably just being kept the same because [most] players are content with them/ it's not worth the effort etc. default smiley :)

I'm concerned about the donkeys. I don't recall that their base graphics have ever changed. Have they? Since the dynamic between BLUP, skills, and GP in donkeys runs contrary to every other species on Howrse, they stand alone. I don't think they are as popular as Owlient hoped. I love my long ears, but I wonder if the lack of an update is a sign that Owlient plans to discontinue them. Everything else in the game from aesthetics to navigation to equestrian centers has undergone or is about to undergo a major overhaul. Even our forums have been changed. Donkeys remain untouched. I fear that the donkeys are left out because there is no point in fixing something that is slated to be scrapped. default smiley :s

Good idea but they're probably not updaiting them because they're not as popular so it doest affect anyone default smiley :p

Do donkeys serve Owlient's vision or goals for Howrse? To specify, I fear that they don't generate the profit that Owlient anticipated. Of course, the lack of profitability may also have influenced their decision to just leave them alone. It is good business sense to focus more attention, effort, and capital on things that are expected to generate profits than on things that have proven stale.

I would love to see the donkey coats change.. especially since they will look so odd with all these other upgraded coats, but oh well. One day they'll be changed, also.

Donkey's have never gotten an upgraded graphic, i don't for see that changing

I mean i love the donkeys ..Much they might be thinking about getting rid of them plus only 3 coverings isn't alot ..So if they got rid of them that would be more server space for another breed or something..I dont know what they are really thinking but i like the donkeys and hope they stay with us .Donkeys are rare breed to me because of the GP and the Coverings ..

Donkey's are highly popular though, so i doubt they'd get rid of them. They just don't change them

Yep i agree ...I love this lotto and all the free stuff ..But to be honest i think we all need a quick break between promos even if it is a week or 3 days ..Just enought to let us breath LOL but this is my opinion.

a break would be nice....considering we use to get only 1 promo a year and there was actually time to recuperate, having a break would be refreshing....though i don't see the new Howrse leaving more than 1-2 days in-between, it wouldn't surprise me if the new one was out tomorrow

Yea i agree i just need alittle break to get my E back up and breed some horses and sell just little things like that ..i am pretty sure the new promo will be out tomorrow
