This topic is made to receive any of the spoilers concerning new features you find or feel like sharing.

Players that are in the test may decide to share what they are experiencing or not.

Of course please remember to use the spoiler banner when sharing new information with everyone.

Far as I know - no, but that's not to say that they won't run (UFOs like that tend to be a random surprise and not something we test)

Excavate the sea bead to find gifts that were lost at sea. Beware of the traps!

*How do I excavate?

• Choose the area you want to excavate
• Discover what is hidden there
• Be patient between excavations
• Exchange your tools and the relics you’ve found for more powerful tools

~*~
Basically - you'll have a screen showing various patches of dirt. You dig in these patches to find Items (regular & black market items), Relics (which you trade for better tools over time), or Bones (which are needed to complete the skeleton to win the Divine horse - Devoted Indigo). There is also a chance you'll find a Trap - which will delay you from digging for 6 hours unless you complete an objective.

Finding some equus as a prize


Finding a bone - sorry, it's in French. You need to collect all 162 bones before Devoted Indigo will be yours.


Finding a relic


The Prize list for the promotion.

There will also be 'UFOs' offering Bones, Relics, and Prizes that you can find around Howrse. However, unlike regular UFOs which move around - these will be static images that do not move, so you need to pay close attention:

Relic UFO


These two images are from the Cursed Sands (the 2013 variant of this promotion) but the 'UFOs' used for the Underwater Excavations look very similar. As I lack screen shots of the proper ones, I'm showing these to help people get an idea of what to look for:

Prize UFO *Clicking on this will reward you one of the possible prizes (note that it will be a brown chest with a blue background as opposed to the gold one of this image)


Bone UFO *Clicking on this will give you 1 bone for your skeleton (note that it will be a white bone with no adornment on a blue background as opposed to the gold and brown in this image)


~*~

You need to trade your tools and Relics for better tools - what tool you have determines how many times you can dig in a day:

Snorkel and Mask (10 digs)

Oxygen Tank (15 digs)

Propeller (25 digs)

Robot (30 digs)

After you have the Robot tool - you'll also have the option to trade 12 Relics for 1 mine (which gives you 1 additional dig per mine)

Additional help will be given in the form of Mine Packs. 1 Pass gets you 3 mines - which give you 3 additional digs. There will also be an event offering double mines (so 6 mines for 1 pass)

Become a VIP and then watch for the test banner on the homepage. There are limited spaces for VIPs. default smiley :)

That's what it looks like to me (as I recall a similar banner used at one point for the 5th Element)...but I've not heard anything on this.

I know the U E has M_n_ packs to help out but will there be use of hops or TCs? And what use of passes will there be in the S R promo? Will that have hops or TC help or just some sort of buying more goes? As I understand it they both have objectives to help get further in the promo.

I think yes ... although that of course assumes that you have immense luck in being able to move in those ways.
Look back, there was some picture that looked like that somewhere. Not by Shorah, I fear.

I'm trying to connect me to the site in the top of the page (www. preprodhowrse.it/operation/fouille), but it says me that I can't enter in this page... I haven't the requirements for visit the site. Why?

If you haven't had a specific invite to the test site, you cannot access it.

Admin send out invites to players that have shown to be experienced, helpful and with good abilities to test all parts of the game, and give appropriate feedback about it. There isn't a way to ask to be invited.
