Things to remember:

5% recovery rate is the max. amount

This promotion started Yesterday at 8 am EST (my time, sorry) and everyone started off with the power to make 5 moves

The promotion is running for 18 days if I counted right, however - the 18th day is not a full day as it ends early in the morning (at least - by my time zone)

I don't believe we have any evidence/proof of the name of the second Divine mentioned in the spoiler.

The other Breed is the Shire...but other than having the images of the 3 colors it comes in - we know nothing else about it. So this means we don't know its skills, how it will be released, etc.
