Equestrian Managers

There is something i don't understand. A lot of Equestrian Managers keep destroying the boxes my horses are in instead of changing the require skills of their center. Can anyone explain to me why this is ? Not only do i lose equus but i have to board the horse again somewhere else.

If people don't want low skills horses in their center why just not change the require skills to board there ?

It's not possible for someone to manually destroy a box that a horse is boarded in

What happens is that the owner doesn't take care of the boxes, they reach 100% wear and tear, and the box is then taken out of service "destroyed" until it's fixed or deleted

When your horse is expelled in that manner you do get the equus back if the owner has enough in reserve, if they don't your horse is transferred to a box in Ow's EC of equal quality to the box it was originally in for the remaining time
