To answer your question, the best way to get boarders is to keep your daily rate cheap, have amenities and perks that surpass just fodder and *1 boxes, and advertise on your presentation or in this forum that you are looking for boarders.

Purchase a large meadow when you’re able and raise longhorn cattle, then sell the leather to the store for equus which you can then funnel back into your EC or use it to make tack. Tack uses leather and iron to produce in the workshop, and your EC is located in the mountains which is perfect for accumulating metals. Raising cattle really helped me make a profit and make tack available for my boarders. This is an investment I’d start right away. Having tack, mashes, and carrots will attract boarders like flies because it means we don’t have to use our own!
