BLUP update?

It looks like BLUP no longer requires an extra aging to reach 100? I just had a mare get all the requisites and comped her extra since I assumed I'd need to age her again anyways, only to check and her BLUP was already at 100, and there was a notification in her history from after she woke up?

Does anyone know how long that's been a thing? I don't remember hearing anything about it.

Does she have a Nyx pack and you have the “reach blup 100 before ten years” vip perk selected?

As far as I know the aging till 10 is needed (not sure about just one extra aging though…)

That's not what I was referring to, I meant the extra aging needed to reach 100 BLUP that's always been a factor (until now?) but I can probably figure it out for myself. I was looking for when the update went into effect to see if I could find additional info if any.
