Foundie with High Skills?

Just bought a foundie from sales that has 32,000 skills with only 9,000ish gp. I thought maybe it was a pastry foal at first but looked and saw it was a foundation horse. Is this something new? Are these horses from special offers? Never seen this before

It will have been born from a Campion Seed. Normally only available to new players.

The horse might be hard to find lost in my "Other horses" tab but I renamed her Reid if it helps at all. She's a Lipizzan 3 years, has over 32,000 in skill points and 9,000 GP. Says she was born today and from Ouranos and Gaia. Player that produced her is not new so that's why im rather puzzled. Not sure how to share links through mobile version unfortunately xd

Yellow Dwarf drops a Champion Seed, so if her breeder has Yellow Dwarf, they'd be able to get a Champion Seed foal as an established breeder.

Thank you lassling! I forgot we have so many different divines now! It definitely seems to be the yellow dwarf as he does indeed reward Champion seeds! Very cool! Thanks all for the help! default smiley :)
